Hector moves and for once he is not being exactly stealthy as he left the general flow of the street take him. After all, he is freshly scrubbed and looks no different to the herd, right?
And maybe, underneath it all, the wily Cahalith branded in Glory, simply wants the Anshega to come at him...
He passes through the area, Bleeds Well in tow, just observing and keeping an eye out for alleyways, corners - the hidden signs of the city that only the destitute and the desperate would know. Or those who like to mark their territory.
He will even chance a second pass at the club / warehouse, returning to it from a different direction with the aim of examining the buildings rear for emergency exits and the like.

Two rolls - straight perception and another based on Streetwise, given that Skill's aspect of "navigating Urban dangers" see 1st Edition Blue Book, p86. I thought that might be a good fit for what Hector is trying to do by casing the area to figure out the layout of the alleyways, streets, hidden spots, etc. Hope that makes sense
