The Bright One's wisps, bloom to life, swaying away from her person as she moves towards the wreckage. She knows from the scything lamplight, the lobby would be on far right, adjacent to the parking lot.

The Goatman, however is temporarily blinded by wisps, rolling in place. His wide rectangular pupils fight against the sudden bright.

Following the mostly cleared path towards the lobby, the sudden brittle against their shoes takes them by surprise, even as the Telluric spies a smoke dark desk.

[Saber Sloth]

A monkey is a monkey and a goat is a goat. They might not be Fairest but in this moment they're the grace the Bright One lacks, as she take a tumble to the ground, the spike of her heel stuck in the burnt and brittle lumber.

Like a monument to it's purpose there is the smoke stained desk centred at the back of the room, a toppled rolly chair can be seen by it's rollers, above the top of the desk. Atop the desk a melted CRT monitor.

Melted plastic can be seen stuck to the wood and other burnt debris that made up what was left of the floor, near to the warped doorway that presumably lead to the rest of the motel.

Oow. And like a sack of potatoes she unceremoniously drops to the ground sending a myriad of sparkles and motes flying in every direction.
Sir Abe, wherever your soul is, you should be thankful.
"I'm fine", she says, almost instantly springing back to her feet, freeing her spike from the wooden board after a bit of a struggle with one of the boards.
That's going to leave a bruise... nothing she couldn't fix right away, but right now they don't have time to lose.
Instead, she goes almost instantly for the desk, and immediately tries to make sense of the charred papers. Without much luck.

There was a snort of laughter, brief, before Sonnie clasped a hand over her mouth to stop further mirth as she watched the elegant Fairest fall on her perfect ass. "You okay?" she asked automatically, even as Titania gave her positive answer in the same moment. Despite her little spurt of amusement, the Steepscrambler's concern was genuine. A nod was given, and she approached the remains of the front desk with the Telluric to look for... something. Anything.

Bugul let a brief smirk hit his lips as Titania fell, but does little as she recovers. His usual expression returning, Bugul joins the pair, but, as they look at things, the Goatman takes a more investigatory, physically handling items with gentleness and searching for a guest list, dossier, or other relevant documents that may have survived in the more intact portions of the desk area.

Titania moves charred papers without pause finding nothing, in her flurry, Sonnie beside her, spies a mostly burnt page. Looking to be a photocopy of a driver's licence, the picture, though scared, is unmistakable, Seraphina, the name adjacent to the image, begins with Ser, the charred flakes of black and brown obscuring more of her name, and the other physical details an ID required.

Bugul, however, moves with more purpose and less flurry. Finding, charred scraps, melted pens, and a small clipboard, a bundle of somewhat intact pages snug under the blacked, metal clip.

The blue ink that survived the flames, and the elements after, seem to be a to do list.

"Nonsense", she mutters under her breath, closing her eyes and letting a breath out, "though, I wonder if this hotel is like the one Detective Pico was staying at. They had a computer at the desk. You've been able to understand anything?", she says, staring at a far away point on the now charred ceiling.
