I got my costs mixed up - I thought Vulgar spells cost mana. I have to relearn spellcasting every time I cast a spell.

That's meant to say Telekinisis - I wanted to put everything into strength to prise the doors open. I have Forces 4 so the default duration can be 1 scene.

Phoenyx: The strength of you will reams through the doors, blasting the two folds apart as if they were made of butter and revealing the darkened vent underneath the steel structure.
"Keep climbing, you can exit through the service shaft of the garage nearby", more keystrokes. As you take the jump, the voice from the speaker announces his plans "I'm gonna crash the elevator on this thing. As for your friends, they're still useful". There's not much time left, you plunge into the darkness, behind you the elevator quickly becomes a blur, then the sound of rolling steel is followed by a loud boom and crash.

Kaze: An anonymous number blinks across the display of your smartphone, urging you to take the call.

Shodan: The more you try to keep the voice occupied, the more the feeling that there is nothing physical about the experience intensifies. You can hear the sounds coming from the various rooms, it's like in one of those nightmares, or a horror flick, but the feeling lacks permanence.
As you step toward the pool of blood, a brief blur - the afterimage - of a scantily clad and gorgeous woman, compels you to cross the threshold and follow her inside. It's just a glimpse, but it's burned in your mind. The tattoos on her hands, her penetrating gaze, the way her long hair flows past her shoulder in a perfectly symmetrical pattern.
You'd be awe-stuck by her visceral allure - like a moth caught in a spiderweb - if it wasn't for the smear of blood trailing from the corner of her mouth and ruining and otherwise perfect image. Logic dictates there couldn't be such thing in this place, given the circumstances. Hence, it must be unreal.
Suddenly the USB drive in your pocket crackles with buzzing energy. "Help me", the voice says seductively. But your spider senses are tickling.

Kaze sighs silently and controls his breathing. He presses the screen, lowering the volume to a minimum, answers the call and puts it near his ear to listen. "Hello?" He says softly to the phone.

Phoenyx: each rung makes you one step closer to safety. You climb to the apex, lifting the weighty steel plate still between you and your freedom, just to be greeted by a large and barely-lit garage. At the edges of your vision, large and swirling currents of liquid darkness - not unlike the Hierarch's own - fill the space as far as your eyes can see.
To your right, an open door, a neon EXIT sign flashes above it. You made it.

Kaze: "The cocktail cabinet to your left. Start a fire", then the phone goes mute.

Shodan: You sift through your memory, trying to recover some lost tidbits of lore you might have gleaned from the occasional odd discussion during one of your Assemblies. At the time you didn't pay much attention, and the patchwork of information isn't exactly mind-shattering. Atlantean Myth is all bullshit anyway.
What you know though from your spotty recollection, is that there are some beings from beyond this world. Some date to the days of the fall and before. Beings preying on human desire, that could induce both nerve wracking pain and mind numbing ecstasy. This one seems to fill for both.
The voice - she's so seductive - resumes her assault, but you know that right now you lack the methods to deal with it, you have to resist the lure of the sirine's call and leave before she inevitably worms her way into your bedsheets soul.
She appears in front of you, her palm extended, a flick of her tongue licking the smidge of blood curdling at the side of her mouth, "The key, my dear", she says hoarsely.
