It was a superb prime work, but he hadn't flexed his muscles in a long time and he didn't even know whether he'd be able to pull that feat.

Creative Thaum

I asked for a bit of advice, and also with the ST via DMs Yumyumcrow )
The idea was to creative thaum a prime 4 spell. Prime 2 Ephemereal Image lets you summon Static 2d images of size 5 or less, Prime 4 Marionette lets you summon physical illusions that have a material presence and can be animated with active concentration. The idea was improvise a spell with area as primary factor to recreate the scene from Winter's Memory (he's got eidetic memory) in the Hierarch's office. 1mind 2 thoughts would be cast before the spell is even cast as to keep the scene moving (as per marionette spell) and allow some form of interaction with the other mages (so the other characters can form their own firsthand opinion). Mind 2, Time 2 and Forces 3 would be conjuctional. Time 2 for the time component, and Forces 3 to add sound. Those illusions have no physical presence or stats, they're just audio-visual illusions. So I believe this spell falls anywhere between 3 and 5 dots of prime, prime 4 being more likely. It will cost one mana. Would this spell be possible, what do you think Yumyumcrow ? The alternative is a simple transmission spell to broadcast from memory

Creative Thaumaturgy

The illusion you describe would be Prime 4 with a conjunctional Forces 3 component. Prime 4 Marrionette only creates phantasmal animals but they have a physical mass and stats. This phantasm spell is a moving picture in 3D, which is insubstantial and lacking any real mass (in a mechanical sense).

In this instance, and because the improvised spell has a limited use, I'll go with it, as it is closer to an Advanced Prime 3 Phantasm spell which would be within the bounds of the rules.

Your proposed use of Mind 1 One Mind, Two Thoughts would be a necessary precondition to the spell as Winter would have to 'focus' on running the illusion. I will also ask for an Intelligence + Expression roll to represent the difficulty of managing the memories the spell taps into and crafting the illusion in a way that is helpful for others to witness.

I am envisioning the spell as linking up directly with Winter's memories. Tapping into his own sympathetic connections to draw out the event using Time would be a use of Time 2 Postcognition with spell permutations(which brings its own problems). In my view, Mind only comes into play as a conjunctional effect if Winter wants the witnesses to 'feel' his own thoughts and emotions from the event in question.

Forces 2 Transmission only works for radio signals and other broadcasts. If they had a TV, he could probably use the spell to project what happened from his perspective through the TV device.

To project his thoughts into the other character's minds would be Mind 3 Telepathy with some spell permutations and an Intelligence + Expression roll (more for me to gauge how well Winter packages the sudden burst of memories as an intelligible tool of analysis, rather than a burst of emotions, images, and feelings).

"Juice it is," Campanella replied taking his cue from Mobius and Cosmo.

He turned about, gathering glasses and a bottle of orange juice. He placed them on his desk and poured carefully, before handing out the perspiring glasses to his guests.

"If you have evidence, I don't mind the method you choose to show it," the Moros began carefully as he sat down at last.

"A few hours might be a stretch... But I have held meetings here just as long so it is not pushing propriety too much."

He glanced over at the other two mages. While he had time on his hands (and the security of his office) Cosmo and Mobius might not.

Taking the glass from the hierarch, Mobius carefully brings it to her lips and takes a sip.

"Either way is fine with me. I'm interested to see what you've got in store." In her mind, there didn't seem to be any reason the Sentinel might falsify the information, so she didn't share Cosmo's concerns.

[Cosmo]

"I'd save it for the trial." Cosmo said more to Winter then anyone else. "You know as soon as Shodan finds out you were presenting evidence in a private meeting before the trial to the judge he's going to cry foul, and he'll be right to."

The Theurgist accepted the cup of juice from the heirarch and politely sipped.

"I don't object to you presenting this information, but for someone who's said you want to avoid the air of impropriety I don't think this is the road you want to be walking. Present whatever later where Shodan has a fair chance to speak for himself and present whatever he feels is important. All jumping the gun right now will do is raise questions from the Libertines we don't need to waste time on. Stick to tapes. dates, and times."

[Campanella]

Campanella remained silent as he drank from his own glass, and let the other mages talk.

He'll concede that Guardians are often cryptic, himself more than most. But time and time again he had reminded them that every word he uttered was motivated by a specific goal.
"Alright", he says. "I guess you have a point. Evidence should be presented at a more opportune time", he makes up to raise from his seat.
"Just remember what I said today. Should he be unable or unwilling to defend himself, argue in his stead as if you were protecting yourself. Even above the Law", formally he was answering to Cosmo, informally, he was addressing each one of them.

[Mobius]

Mobius merely nods her head in understanding, with nothing else to add. She would have to wait just a little while longer to see this case play itself out. She sipped her juice and awaited the responses from the hierarch and Cosmo.

[Cosmo]

Oh? Was Winter addressing Cosmo directly? It wasn't surprising given Campanella's slip into silence, but the idea of being above the law? All the nopes for all the folks.

"No one is above the law." The Ladder rose with the Guardian. "And I look forward to doing my darndest."

Suspecting that their meeting was drawing to a close he began drinking more quickly from his glass.
