The potential crisis was averted, and they could get back to the matters at hand. Back to the Pure. The spirit, Faith's-Toll... They could always bind it later- call it, shove it into an object and bury it if it grew troublesome- but so long as the Pure were loose in this area, there could be no chance of healing.

Nathaniel wasn't feeling good about rushing another shift, but Emily didn't seem in the best of sorts. No doubt they'd both be feeling it by the end of today... But Kuruth was avoided. Now they could pursue, if that was still an option.

"Go... Go for the legs. They've already proven themselves cowards- clip the wings, grab the ones that fall, watch the others fly away. You good to hunt, sis?" That was rich coming from the pup. Why did he feel so exhausted all of a sudden?...

"Hey, Munchkin. I gotta run. Can't let Pack fight alone if she gets too far ahead." Matt says.

"Stay with her, keep an eye and ear and nose out in case they double back." Matt tells Nathaniel, indicating concern for Emily in her exhausted state. Then he shifts again and chases after Brigit, as she chases the Pure.

Wolves don't really frown, per se, but Urhan-Emily was trying as Matt lopes off after Brigit.

<<Hey.... 'mokay!>> She growls/slurs, and shakes her head comically, ears flapping.

Then, she bolts off after her pack.

Brigit did not speak, for she was in Urhan and such things were limited, even in the First Tongue. The pack knew her intent. That was enough.

Thus, Brigit maintained her chase, running to gain ground on the nearest Anshega.

The pup walked over to his sister as the rest of the pack gave chase, hoping that the two of them would fare well. His steps were nowhere near as assured, dragging across the floor every now and again, before stopping a good few yards away from Emily and slumping against a wall.

"That was... Intense. Haha... Sorry- I know you probably could've taken down the Pure, but I didn't want to risk you running into normal people." He was shaking lightly, mentally fried and physically exhausted from hopping between so many forms in such a short time. He also felt somewhat happy that Emily didn't run off and do something she might have regretted.

"How... Did it feel?" He figured they had time to pass. He still had his Death eyes and Crescent eyes up- the Spirit World was open to him.

Nathaniel took a breath, actually looking forward to a chance to catch it- and wanting to ensure Sis was ok....

-but nope. Apparently not even Death Rage could change Emily's stubborn nature. Father below and Mother above, is this how I am during practice?!He didn't have time to take the slow way, so once again he channeled the Essence and shifted into Urhan, bolting with the pack. At the very least, it might be easier to pick one off.

SO SORRY! somehow didn't see the last line of text. Nathaniel's speed in Urhan is 14. He has currently spent 3 Essence and 3 Willpower.

As the Call gives chase the Pure don't notice at first. Then one looks back and gives a short yelp and all three push harder against the ground to escape.

Foot Chase!

As the Pure have a head start we're going to say they each have 3 successes. In order for the Pure to escape each will need to exceed the fastest Forsaken's speed in successes. In order to catch a Pure a Forsaken must attain more successes than that Pure's cumulative successes.

Forsaken and Pure roll Stamina + Athletics on their turn. To help move this along faster we'll have each group roll at the same time.

Matt’s character sheet shows a base speed of 11, however it looks like it should be 12 because his size is 6, not 5...? If I am wrong and it should be still counted as 5 for calculating Speed then please subtract the last die (which wasn’t a success anyway, so.... Apparently Matt REALLY is into chasing!)
