-2 Vitae for Blush of Life and Drink, Glancing to Jacque, He was placed into the prison by an Inner Circle of the Invictus. His punishment made to suffer without Final Death or Torpor. Which meant probably being feed on blood that would only keep him alive, not sustain him.
I remember when I first arrived in the Domain, we attempted to infiltrate a bunker. There was a chemical powder we used that was strong enough to affect a Kindred. Mostly an irritant. So perhaps that is something we can use again.
After that, she remained quiet, watching and listening. Making notes in her head of who was using their brains to work the problem out, who was quicker to resort to violence.
Krieg shrugged his massive shoulders. "Then, Sheriff, you may be our only hope on this. You can pass for being mortal. None of us can." It was pointless to suggest otherwise. Lina's practices made him uncomfortable. She looked human and was definitely not.

"So, if we allow our Sheriff here to sneak in during the day, what will the rest of us be doing?"

During the day? Are they mad?! Derek shivers involuntarily at the thought. It was risky enough even to use fire and explosives, but at least they would be holding the fuse.
Hearing more about the prison itself, Derek takes more interest in the map and heads over there to study it. Unfortunately he can gleam no more than the rest about the detail it holds.

So they would have to deal with the risk of alerting the Kine above as well. Many factors to consider. Yet Derek can think of nothing else to say. He doubted his computer expertise could be useful, unless there were some electric locks to bypass. Perhaps he should invest in some electronic tools...
"I like Deputy Prosper's idea of using beasts. We end up able to get boots on the ground, figure out what we are dealing with and dogs mean nothing really. If anything for a first strike it makes a lot of sense."

Jacque listens to the ideas and the answers to some of his questions. He grinned towards Alessandra, "Just thinking out of the box here, but do we have the authority to parley with the prisoner? If there is any shred of humanity left, there could be a way to negotiate containment. A master of Dominate could represent themselves in such a meeting via a possessed host outside of their 'home field advantage'. Though, even a faux parley might be beneficial if we understood the more of what who we're dealing with."
Hearing Krieg's proclamation of the Sheriff being the only hope he looked towards Lina, "Sheriff Moretti, we seem to be in an abundance of those able to provide a wide range of ideas for infiltration, but very few able to sort out the extent of what we're up against. I'd like to revisit my previous suggestion that Mister Boyle join the discussion. The man lives, eats and breaths all things occult and I think he might be able to build on Deputy Krieg's contributions."
Steven a question on the map! This is the floorplan of the floor that was taken over by the prisoner right? The 'entrance to the basement' is our normal entrance? Are we able to do any additional/extended rolls on the map?

The Savage gives Lina a knowing look as his suggestion is only acknowledge by herself, and the Ventrue he understood as having exceptional experience in guerrilla territorial conflicts. Both Deputies don't add, Krieg apparently having ignored everything he had just said. A tactical invasion based around one's distance from the Beast and use of fire and proxies to corral a diablerist back into their cell apparently wasn't registering.
At Jacque's suggestion to parlay he blinks slowly and stares at the other Lord.
Jacque , That is correct this is the floor plan for the sub-basement that is used to to house the prisoner. The "Entrance to Basement" is the obvious (only known) way into the sub basement. TheCistern room is another option as previously discussed, but it has risks. You (and anyone else) can make additional roles of Int+Academics to see if you can find out anything further, but there is a limited amount of information available.
Lina looked to the commanding Prince at her idea of a chemical powder. "You know where that chemical stuff is, Your Majesty?" She kept on scribbling notes in her short-hand, putting together a quick bulleted list of options. Chem. Dogs. Day. Negotiate. Demolition. She knew which options she felt were more likely to succeed and which were most likely to keep the Masquerade.
Krieg's remarks earned a shake of Lina's head, and she clarified. "Passing for human? Not necessary for a day strike, and people here pass pretty well." In this room, only Alessandra was close to the Beast, and she still looked pretty good. "It works like this. Go into the basement level by night. Make sure things are set up so we can pass from a basement room to the sub-basement while staying awake after dawn. Let the prisoner sleep. Then proceed, and bring torches to drive him back into his cell, with dog support as disposable backup.
That's how I'd do it, in theory, anyway. There's some information we'd need from Gungrieve before that plan can be confirmed, though, and I've got a list here of stuff we need to ask him."
They needed camera access, to know more about the Prisoner, to know more about the location and the basement and if there was a way to make that work.
Jack's idea of negotiating seemed unlikely to her, and risky - the guy was a Master of Dominate, and a member of some freaky-deaky bloodline to begin with. With unknown Bloodline abilities, they'd need research done -- and his point about Boyle was exactly how they'd get there. "Right. Boyle. Absolutely. I actually figure we can kill two birds with one stone. Rather than drag him in here now, Boyle and Krieg could go hit their libraries and do some full-on research about this Bloodline, to get us a real profile of what this thing can do."
He caught Garrett's look and gave the Gangrel a half-smile before turning to the Prince.
"Your Majesty, we've got a few options here - and a couple that could work really well together, especially if we can get answers from Gungrieve and the occult research done to inform us about details that we need to know. How would you like to proceed, ma'am?"
