With permission, Galatea took out her mirror and began the process. The smell of seawater emanates around her as the Thyrsus starts to change.
"Proteus, return me to the ocean's embrace."

Shark skin, shark teeth, a shark's mass, and a manta-ray tail; the same changes from before. A shark tail was possible of course, but it made sitting down difficult. The ray's tail was much more manageable. Galatea found herself a spot near the other arrows, picking the chair that looked sturdiest. She didn't have a question for the hierarch, but directed a question towards the lead Arrow
"Are weapons normally allowed in here?"
Bringing her weapons next time would certainly do for formal appearances. Maybe she could commission a more formal outfit specifically for this form?

Armor +2, Lethal bites, +1 size, and a.. tail. To help with swimming? Not sure if listing them is necessary, but figured hey why not?

Last time Juris had come Galatea had been a shark girl. Again he came to Consilium and again she was a shark girl. Patterns it would seem persisted as always. As he made his way into the Circle this time he was already acknowledged, and already known by some, so progress had been made.

Once inside he offered a nod of his head to Campanella but before he could say more or introduce himself to others he had not yet met, Campanella called the meeting to order, so he found himself a seat. Because he had no interest in the position of Sentinel, nor knew of a suitable candidate, he remained silent and listened.

The Guardian was annoyed. He greets Master Aurora with a nod. He recognizes, Juris, a returning guest. But his attention is all on the mage who had just decided to put on a display. His senses tingle, his expression is severe. Magic was already scarce and even inside the circle, their position was precarious.
"Is it necessary?", he asks.

That was all that needed to be said about that. If he wished to talk philosophy on the matter of 'necessity', they could at a later date. But right now, there was business....

...Though the annoyance on the Thyrsus' face was apparent. There were few things one could deem "necessary" for mages, and that definition seemed to change on a dime. She could respect his views- but she didn't have to hold back how peeved she was at being called out in the middle of something much more important than a life-mage's traipse with vulgarity.... In the entirely private location, arranged specifically so mages could meet securely, and after having been given (perhaps cryptic) permission by their hierarch.

"Nobody has ever tried to tell me not to carry," the First Talon replied to Galatea with a shrug. "We're the garrison. We'd be shorthanded on defence if we didn't have arms. But like the Heirarch said..." He let it trail off, implying the point about violence being unwelcome. If violence was necessary, it would be done. But this was a gathering of Pentacle mages, not thugs in the yard. Under very few circumstances would it be required, and usually, that would be because an enemy was attacking.

Speaking of which, apparently the Heirarch wanted to talk about having a Sentinel.

Glancing to Winter and Galatea, the Mastigos just let it go. The fact was, if she wasn't slinging 'dox around, he didn't give a shit if she transformed in the privacy of the Circle. It was easy to cancel the spell if something weird was going on where it would risk the Veil. Winter had a different philosophy, one they could work out between themselves.

Adjusting the weapon coiled on his belt, Alastor found his seat and settled in to hear the Heirarch out.

Phoenyx turns to Campenella. "The attack on the Seers went well. Alastor, Aurora and I went on the mission. Four enemy mages were neutralized and we disrupted the path from their core base to their facility here in Sacramento. We also recovered a powerful magical artifact from that Sanctum. I can go into more detail if you wish." She nods to the Hierarch. "On an unrelated note, Winter and I found an interesting artifact... but were unable to unlock it's secrets. Neither of us had all the Arcana necessary to activate it's powers."

The Arrow returns to her overseeing. She looks across as Aurora enters, giving her a little smile. Even Phoenyx's stunted social senses can see she is unhappy with something. Phoenyx crosses over, and takes the seat next to the Life Master. "Is everything okay?"

Was that Juris? She hadn’t seen him in a few months. Would be good to have a Ladder around.

She wanted to smirk at Winter’s question, cause quite frankly, she felt the same way. But she didn’t, choosing to ignore it. Attention for attentions sake wasn’t her thing.

Then Phoenyx gives a basic run down on what happened. Basic was good. She wasn’t up for talking about the dead Seer’s. It still bothered her.

“Do you have any idea what Arcana might work?” she asks, curious about it. Was it something she could help with?

She was a little surprised by the Arrow approaching, and considers her question, “Still having issues with what I did.” there was a shrug, she’d never killed anyone before.

There's no way to be polite about it Langdon stares at Galatea as she grows well shark..parts...aspects? What exactly do Thyrsus consider that? There's no way that will fly in public. For a moment there's a thought of a betting pool of Galatea vs Winter and who would start the fight. But that doesn't seem...appropriate for Consilium.

The Stalker leans forward and looks at Phoenyx. "Is there any indication as to what the artifact does or is for? That could give a clue towards the necessary Arcana." He nods towards Aurora and her question.

Campanella watched carefully in the moments after he had issued his question. Apart from two, his questions was passed over in favour of other news. More interesting news.

The Hierarch settled into his chair and adjusted his robes.
Phoenyx bought up valid points. No doubt the Hierarch would get the full details later. His interest - naturally - found ~~fixation~~ focus on the talk of an artefact. With some effort he bit his own tongue and let the others lead the discussion. Once he could have gotten away with questioning his fellow Awakened needlessly. Now, as Hierarch, such action would be a sign of vanity. He held his position in trust, not as a tool for personal whims, projects, or vainglory.

Still, when Langdon begins asking the kinds of questions he would have asked, the Moros master allows himself to smile.

Neutralized. Juris always hated that term. It was just a way to help sooth the conscience of those who had killed, even in self defense. For people who prided themselves on being above the Lie and knowing the Truth, Juris felt like it was naive to try and shield themselves from such a reality. But he didn't linger on thoughts over words because the word 'Seers' were the real focal point, and two artifacts as well. It seemed he had come back at an interesting time.

"I imagine the first question, before the necessary Arcana, is who should maintain custody of said artifact. Is it remaining in the hands of the Arrow? I imagine the Mysterium or the Guardians may have an opinion on the issue of if the artifact actually should be researched or activated at all, let along how to make such a thing happen."
