Rich stops to speak with the bartender and offers him a stack of Green envelope.

”If you could get these passed around to the Spring Courtiers, I would be grateful.”

Rich leaves the envelopes to get passed out as he makes his way for the exit, letting the others enjoy the remainder of their evening under Springs watchful eyes.

Rich leaves the scene - and leaves enough envelopes for all Spring Courtiers, inside are what are essentially gift certificates to the Underground Tasting Room, a wine tasting venue in Sacramento - enjoy a night out on someone else's dollar! You could even all go together and really make the place pop!

Exegesis walks in and goes straight to the bar, trying to clear hir throat. Taking a swig of something-not-exactly-identified from the bar, ze announces, to the room in general, "If you are going to try to eat burnt pizza, try not to inhale it." Then adds "What's this?" as ze's handed a green envelope.

It was only natural that the monkey was curious about the envelopes, once she spotted them. Lo and behold, one of them had her name on it! Whaaaaaat?

Like a kid unwrapping a birthday present, Sonnie tore open the envelope and inspected the contents. Her reaction was delighted, confused and amused all at once.

"A wine tasting? Awesome! I'm gonna get so plastered! Thanks, Mysterious Alcohol Benefactor!" with a grin, she stuffed the invitation into the bodice of her dryad outfit. Nice and safe.
