Wow. Such madness, met with such... well. Lina wasn't sure if being imprisoned for a century was more of a mercy than death. Probably not, to be frank; either he had sunk into Eclipse, or he was simply biding his time, awaiting his moment when his gaoler's guard was down and the opportunity was ripe for the taking. Moretti knew what she thought needed to be done. Execution. He had violated the Third Tradition...

...and the Fourth.

For him to be so powerful that even this Uther couldn't handle him and would offer up his Domain as payment for aid suggested that this was a true Elder, indeed. They'd need all hands on deck for this fight. Even Twist.

"Any defenses left on that prison that could be of use to us? Or has he turned it all to his advantage?"

This was sounding familiar, well somewhat. She watched a lot of television, and movies so current pop culture swam through her head quite frequently. "So this is a Voldemort type of individual. Pardon my words, but, bloody hell, this cannot be good."

Vivian read over the scroll. This was seriously strange. "If this document states never to be torpored, that doesn't bode well. However, I am remiss in thinking execution without some sort of protection may be needed. Is there a reason he's not dead yet?"

"What defenses were up that he was able to wield in his favor currently?" The Daeva felt like she had more and more questions.

Still, Vivian wondered if she knew who any of the Inner Circle of Europe may be. She didn't stay long in Europe, but did go back to visit here and again. Still, the time was not long before she was existing as a human.

To the Prince, "His prison was a bare concrete room. 24 by 24. The door only opened to send in kine for him to feed on. It keeps him up, but at his age it isn't enough to fully satiate him. The room was lit all of the time, so he is never not watched. The hunters caused a deviation in security. And because of this, the sub structure of the prison has been tainted by the prisoner. I will be assisting, and the remaining guards will facilitate our entry, but will not be allowed to enter. They will be the last line of defense."

Uther turns to the Sheriff, "We still have influence over the rest of the prison. The guards belong to us, some of our kindred guards still remain and were able to close off the sub structure. It is not known how many mortals the Prisoner has access too now. The white cell was rigged with countermeasures, but for whatever reason they could not be triggered. If we could somehow get him back into his cell, the countermeasures could be triggered."

And now he shifts his gaze to the Seneschal, "It can be assumed that he was able to feed on the kindred guards that were captured. He is certainly at his full strength. If that is not enough of an issue, he has whatever weaponry was supposed to be used against him. It is only a matter of time before he is able to get out of the substructure somehow, and then he will sweep out like a plague."

If Kine only kept him awake, he was old as dirt. Which meant he was powerful, and not as easy to take down as she thought.

“Do you think the Hunter’s did it on purpose? Like they knew who he was and was maybe hired to set his escape into motion?” you never know. “Tainting the prison in what way? It’s important to get a full understanding of what we’re assisting with. I don’t want to send Kindred to their Final Deaths.” She wanted to know who would be best suited for this task.

“Do you still have eyes on him?” if not, a whole new set of problems.

The Savage looks thoughtful as she thinks over what has been said.

She needed to talk with Lina, get her thoughts on it. See if who she would recommend matched who she had in mind.

“Well, weapons aren’t good. Can you tell us what types of weapons they are?”

Fucking hell naw. Super fucking ancient vampire who feeds on his own guards? Seriously? That shit was high tier crazy, the kind of thing that would cycle through most Kindred. They were going to need a full on boot squad for this. Lina wasn't that kind of monster. She was an investigator with some hand to hand skills, not Warrior Jesus. Glancing at the Prince as the Elder before them spoke on the arrangements, she knew this was a necessary situation.

She also knew she wouldn't be going, not if Alessandra had any foresight. The fact was, if she died, other issues plaguing the Domain would overcome it. This wasn't their only problem.

"How long do we have to get a crew together, if the Prince agrees to assist your people?"

Probably not long, by the sounds of it. There could be a full on breach of the Masquerade at risk here if things went sideways, and sideways sounded like it was coming up on the right pretty fucking quick.

Why risk our people, let's just pour fast setting concrete on this idiot and be done with it! Vivian was dying to say it out loud, it was on the tip of her tongue. She didn't understand why this man was still alive since he was so dangerous. It really made no sense to her. Did he have some specialized power or blood that they were keeping him around for? Did Uther make some blood oath with him and if he was killed, Uther would also turn to ash?

As frustrated as the Daeva was, she asked her questions calmly. "What protection was used in the past that we could use again? If our Sheriff is also involved in this, I would like to make sure we have the most information going forward." Whether or not Lina wanted her to ask, she would. She was her Family and that meant something to Vivian.

Looking to both Lina and Ale. "I want us to have the best protection possible, or at least the most information before sending our people in for this." Since Ale didn't seem to think saying no was an option. It was a good reason to get involved, a Masquerade breach so close to their city would warrant more to be curious and send hunters their way.

"We have hidden Camera's in the space to monitor the mortal guards and the food that was sent in. If he killed them, it was fine, if he toyed with them, or tried to keep them, we would shoot the mortal from an elevated vantage point. The weapons should mostly be non-lethal to Kindred. Rubber bullets, Pepper sprays. However, if he has been able to get access to the riot gear, well, that has changed things. As best as we are able to know, that is not the case."

For a second Uther thought about how much to reveal, Everything.

"His bloodline, it gives him preternatural senses in a space of his own. The Cell was that space, there was no harm there. But now that he has taken command of the lower level, he could have spread his control further. He also is a master of the Ventue's trademark discipline."

Turning to Lina, "You have until you need. As best as we can tell, he is contained. Until he is not."

And now to the enthralling red head, "His cell was rigged with torture devices, shocking sounds, heat lamps to the point of burning, and a flammable gas that could be used as a last resort. Not to mention our trained guards that would act as necessary. But that was in his cell. The entire lower level is now under his sway. We do not have a... killswitch, for the lower level."

Her eyes don’t leave their guest as Lina and Vivian asked their questions.

“So are the cameras still functioning?” having eyes on him would be good.

“Well that’s not good. And complicates things.” She hated complications. And a master in any Clan discipline meant he was going to be a bitch to take down.

Wait, flammable gas?

“So as far as you know, or are able to figure, are there any Kindred or Kine on that level with him?” she asks, her mind working over different options. “And if you had access to flammable gas, why wasn’t it an option to simply turn it on and light it? Well, aside from the attention it could cause.” They had a lot to consider.

“I’m going to need to consult with my Sheriff, so we can send Kindred that will be most effective. So we will be helping with the problem." this was a risk right next door, she couldn't ignore it. "Should you need to stay the night in the Domain, you have my permission, or longer if you need. I would like to get this addressed as quickly as possible, the longer he is in control, the more dangerous the situation is.”

Moretti kept her mouth shut for the moment, simply nodding her thanks to Uther. She had her own cases to deal with, the Echelon matter and the problem with the insane weapons -- no, this would be handled by others, others who wished to show themselves to be The King Shits of All things Martial. Would-be heroes. Mercenary adventurers. And, knowing Alessandra, probably Twist to make sure the job got done right.

"Gonna need a blueprint, Uther, if you've got one. A monster like this sounds like the kind of thing that would be handled best with finesse over brute force."

Looking to the Prince, she gave a nod to indicate she was done with her questions.

Who in the bloody hell has all those precautions, and no kill switch? Vivian was dumbfounded at hearing this information. It was probably the dumbest thing she'd heard. Yet, it was what it was.

The decisions were made already it seemed. She had no opinion or say over the matter, but her eyes told the story that she wasn't pleased with the situation. Whatever this was, Vivian had a feeling that this wasn't going to go well.

"Thank you, Uther. I appreciate your honest answers." Turning to Ale and Lina to see if they had more to ask.
