A black Dodge Charger idled near Dad's Sandwich Shop, where once upon a time an order had been given by a servant of Summer to a scion of Winter. A gift box, wrapped in simple red wrapping paper and sitting in a plastic shopping bag from Winners, sat in the back seat of that vehicle.
Glancing around, Maxwell J. Pierce awaited the arrival of that Summer Courtier to take possession of his newest gift.

Summer MantleThis time, Fawkes bothers to drive. He parks the unremarkable lemon that got him from point A to point B in a more isolated area, lighting a cigarette before ducking out of his vehicle and peering up the street.
It takes a couple of minutes to reach Dad's, and the Elemental's gaze shifts from the interior the restaurant to the cars parked along the sidewalk. He flicks the ash, checking his phone; not having the patience to try and spot a Winter Wizened in a crowd.
The Charger pulled past, giving a little squeak of the tires as it came to a stop.
"Your gift is in the back seat."
Maxwell J. Pierce unlocked the doors. If Fawkes wished to climb in and talk, they could do that. If not, he could take his machine pistol and run. It was gift-wrapped and bagged for ease of carrying and concealment.

Summer MantleFawkes cocks his head, blinking slowly at the package.
"That was fast. Thanks, Neighbour." He instinctively stepped back as the lock sounded, despite the Wyrd's insistence of polite exchange. He finished off the cigarette, he slides into the impressive vehicle with his eyes tracking the present keenly. White ball-jointed fingers find the switch to roll the window back up and cutting out the noise of the street.
"We talked about it, but was there something?" The Elemental is clearly having a hard time keeping his focus on Pierce.
In he came, and Maxwell continued to idle. Once the window was closed and the door was shut, the Chatelaine responded.
"Expedited service. Everything you need to get started is in the box. That firearm is conveniently chambered in .45 ACP, which can be purchased at any Cabela's or Walmart. Should you require further accessories, such as a suppressor, let me know. I understand Richard Price to be well off. Should he wish to open an account, all manner of things can be acquired."
As for if there was something Pierce wanted?
"As I said before: do your duty well, and clean up your House. That is all I ask."
Unlocking the door to signal that he was being allowed to leave, Maxwell J. Pierce prepared to move on.
