He can barely brake, but otherwise Kaze is in control of the car. The GPS flashes with a set of coordinates, through Downtown, past the Wells Fargo Museum to cross the Tower Bridge. Their itinerary will bring them far away from the gallery. Outside it's dark and still raining. The black SUV lunges ahead, seeping into the maws of the night.
The music, the music is pumping through the speakers.

Rules

Driving

We'll be using the rules detailed in the nWOD corebook. However, rather than modeling the event as a car chase, we'll approximate it with a race. For each post, Kaze and the driver of the black SUV will roll their pool, just ONCE. At the end of the chase (after a number of turns equal to the lowest between Kaze's and the driver's pool), the amount of successes will be totaled, the one with the largest amount will have won. Every roll will have a variable duration, to account for the narrative needs of the scene. Remember that driving takes a full action per turn.
For the purpose of calculating damage and for increased transparency, those are the stats we'll be employing.

Kaze: Mid-Sized Car (Sedan): Durability 3, Size 12, Structure 15, Acceleration 14, Safe Speed 110 (75 mph), Maximum Speed 183 (125 mph), Handling 2-3

Hacking

Hacking the bank will be a team effort between Shodan and the hacker. Any number of successes rolled by Shodan (rolling his pool per turn) will be added as a number of bonus dice to the hacker's pool. To reflect the variable difficulty, you'll be notified eventual penalties.
If by the end of the hacking attempt (equal to a number of posts equal to Shodan's pool, ie: 10 posts, rolling 10 dice + WP in each post), the hacker will have scored more successes than the defending sysadmin (treated as a contested action), congrats for your teamwork, you have won.
Each turn will have a different duration to account again for narrative needs. Don't worry, it sounds complicated, but it's quite simple.

Kaze focuses on the road, and the upcoming coordinates, working to provide a stable platform for Shodan and anticipating maneuvers, so that he doesn't have to do anything last minute, "Smooth is fast." he murmurs under his breath.

"Good", is the text Kaze receives.
"Rain", is the response to Shodan's.

The two Magi however have more pressing matters to attend. The Black SUV leads the race with no intention of leaving any quarter, its powerful engine rages with a thunderous roar as both cars take the bridge. Despite the limited visibility and the rain, Kaze trails behind, barely, but he manages. Thankfully, it's just the two cars being engaged into a maddening race.

Shodan is equally unlucky. Not only the hacker discovers his mutiny, but he leaves a trail of fake leads to clue the Sysadmin on the Libertine's attempt. The Sysadmin isn't as bad as they assumed either. Still, there's something odd about the database records that slowly crawl under the Libertine's eyes.
Teddybear, Organic, Yellowcake, CKcolombia, PeriodicTable, DullE, G450, Put In, RocketMan. Thousands accounts, trails of large and periodic lump sum payments all over the place. But he can't follow the money yet, and neither he can unearth the purposes or the details of those exchanges if he can't copy the raw data. Not with his current level of access.
