Actually, it just means to close it, which is the best, because it puts whatever happens in the thread into continuity, so right now everyone you just met in this thread has to act like we haven't met yet, or at least be real vague about it in other ongoing threads...until we close this thread.
The only catch is after all the participants agree it should be closed, only the person who started it (or a ST) can actually click the button to close it.
