Yes. I'm getting it started now :P This meeting will occur on Saturday 2nd February for purposes of Continuity
It is still winter. The night closes in eagerly and across the city the encroaching darkness is beaten back by candles, lamps, buzzing neon, and humming street lights. Colour washes the air: golden yellow, blue, purple, hot pink, red, orange; and where it does shadows are both banished and hardened; the air is stained in colour and darkness. It is a magical effect and almost completely lost on the Sleepers who huddle in their homes or else crowd out the pubs and clubs of the pulsing city.
Across town, where rural fields kiss housing estates and industrial parks, is a replica Cathedral. It is both seen and unseen. And right now is a prism: a blaze of warm light beckoning those who have Awakened to gather once more.
The new Hierarch has arrived early. A Hierarch of the Mysterium. And like the ancient priests of yore he has lit every single candle, and lamp, and candelabra of this temple chantry. Incense burns in censors, casting an oily but pleasant smelling cloud through the nave and ancillary chapels of the old cathedral. One might suspect he has even cleansed the place with sage at some point as well, just for good measure.
Campanella has arranged seats in the nave where the Consilium normally meets. He has provided a seperate seat for himself, facing the group and this he has wrapped in a rich cloth: this is the Hierarch's Chair and so far is the only indication of a structure to the society that is soon to gather and discuss the doings of their world.
Campanella stands, waiting. He has a different set of robes this time. The effect is the same: this Hierarch evokes the victorian scholar in his tweed and black.
Another Consilium meeting is open. This is a good place to catch up with other characters. And a fantastic place to introduce new ones.
