Having received her information, she rejoined the group, ready to disperse said information. But first she would listen to their information.
A possible tail, could be a good plan, she thought as she listened to Derek talk. Then talk of actually putting surveillance in her home. The possible moral dilemma the situation danced around went in one hemisphere of her brain and out the other, never lingering for a spare second thought. Unfortunately she had nothing to add, knowing very little about that type of technology.
But she did have her own things to say. "Just to add to the conversation, Zhenya is very off the radar. From what I can tell they've never stepped foot in a Sacramento hospital, or knew the people to erase any trace of such event. For all intents and purposes, they're a ghost. Now I can confirm that Antonia has absolutely been to rehab, both inpatient and outpatient, both drugs and alcohol. Several times he was even placed on suicide watch. Now what I found most interesting is his ex [name] was given a no contact order. She wasn't allowed to see him in the hospital or even contact him all. What I wonder is if he sought the order, or someone on his behalf. Many times people involved in drugs," and she knew those people very well, "have unhealthy relationships that create a cycle of use and abuse. If she encourages his habit, she may be of use to us."

Jacque looked to the others as they shared their findings, "Looking at the other cities there definitely appears to be changes on the political front with some board changes or larger donations occurring. It isn't very consistent in each city so it is difficult to distinguish if the changes were directly resultant of Echelon or just some other groups trying to buy influence on an unrelated matter unique to each city."
Derek's proposal was interesting and aggressive. Jacque opted to wait for the two senior domain officials to make that decision but Mitnick's capabilities were personally noted.
Rebecca's findings peaked his interest, "No contact orders are rarely granted outside of public record. I can see if I can dig up a case number and pull a copy of the order. It may give us some more details on the ex and the reason the Judge saw fit to grant it."
Jacque was curious about why Rebecca skirted calling them addicts. Nothing she said was wrong but it was unusual for such a delicate choice of words. Something to talk about another time perhaps. With nothing else needing his input he starts diligently researching in his realm of expertise.

She thought about it, taking a long moment before rising and starting to write on the board.
"One: I need animal investigation of the tunnels done. That means Animalism and, if required, a Protean flyby by a bat. Mr. Prosper, I don't need rat cameras - but what I do want is to get a layout and a sense of any odd stuff going on down there. We can tag in Priscus Wood to do a flythrough and help out.
Two: Mitnick, we're going to do a little sleuthing. I... have an understanding of the Sight. Enough to know if someone's got Vitae in their system, which is enough to see if a ghoul's fucking about in our house. I'm going to have my guys get a line on the gal who's hiring prostitutes. You're going to follow her and set up appropriate surveillance, and I'm going to lay eyes on her and see what I can see.
Three: Harpy, I'd love to get Cummings under our sway. Even if he's not someone else's minion, family law legal battles are expensive. I'd like you and Jacque to check into him. Maybe slide into his company. If we can, I want to get him good and bribed. Access to their facilities will make everything else so much easier, and if the facilities manager is providing the keys, then great..."
She put a note down.
"I think we'll play the porn card on Marques after we see where this leads us. Sound good?"
That should give us the ability to split up and move forward. Any concerns?
There isn't a ton of information about this in the documents that Jacque can find. The no contact order was ordered by the doctor who was in charge of de Antonia's recovery stating he could not be seen by his wife, Destiny.
I have nothing else to add to this thread, it's up to you all as a team how you want to proceed. I think Lina is on the right track
Steven , I propose the following: I'll start my thread with Mitnick with an Allies roll so you can set the scene in response to our results.
It may make sense for you to open a scene at a place where Cummings can be found for Jacque and Rebecca, and for you to set a scene somewhat out from the construction site for the tunnels for Garrett and Mable to rendezvous and do their thing. Does that make sense?
"I think that's a good plan Sheriff Moretti." Rebecca was interested in getting to know her cousin, and seeing what he was truly capable of.
