(Memory Lane) A Strange Fellow

[Rhodes]

"Yes, appealing as the idea is I have to agree with Circe. I dont think that will keep us inconspicuous," Rhodes says with a chuckle, looking the elf up and down. "All We need to do is not... be noticed..." he looks between the gorgeously pretty Spring and the naturally risque Summer Queen, and sighs, smiling. "Hmmm. Easier said than done, with you two."

[Titania]

"Fine!", crossing her arms above her chest, she can't help but look at them sideways. "If I may. What's your suggestion, then?", she asks almost sulking and with a pout on her quivering lips.

[Rhodes]

Rhodes arches an eyebrow. "Now, now Titania. That look ill becomes you. I have already suggested. We go in, much as we are, and use words to cover ourselves. You found a similarly disoriented fellow," He gestures to himself, "and came to the safe-place seeking help. That's our cover. If no-one's there, nice and easy, we don't risk exposure. Besides," his eyes flick to Circe, "Black leather really isn't my look."

[Circe]

Circe shrugs with a smile as she faces Titania, "Mmmhmm. I agree with Rhodes on this Titania. Both plan," Circe holds up her right hand and extends her index finger, "and look," the middle finger went up, "Ya really need ta work the eyes more when ya pout. It helps ta manipulate people more."

She looks to Rhodes, "Game faces, makeup, and hair dye can do a lot. Wanna be blonde fer a bit? PLus we," her gloved finger points quickly between her chest and Rhodes, "Don't hafta be unnoticed. Or go in with her. We can go in first claiming ta just be lookin' fer a drink. Then all we gotta do is fake not knownin' her," she points to Titania, "From Eve. No need ta come up with a complex cover story that we hafta remember. "

She looks back to Titania, "Ya think that Frankenfutter guy could help with extra makeup? I mean, assumin' he's a convincing cross dresser and not an obvious one."

Nobody had explained that name to her yet.

[Titania]

"Fran...Frankenfutter?", she shook her head, she could barely light a stove. "Frankenstein perhaps?", she offered a plausible alternative.

[Rhodes]

The Fairest looks at Circe. "Frankenfuter? Really? Never saw Rocky Horror?" There's a touch of incredulity. Titania seemed old-mind enough to be a little out of touch. "Never mind."

He pulls a face at the blonde comment. "If I must... I'd rather not if I don't have to. But if we're going in, let's do it properly. Full dress-up."

[Circe]

Circe shrugs, "Nope." Her face then contorts into a number of strange poses before she finally pokes her own eyes, removing the tinted contacts, "Aaaaah. Much better."

She then looks to Titania with a massive smile as she closed the distance, "Oh my. Ya know what this means Titania? Dangers ahead aside, Rhodes has agreed ta let two women help him change his look," Circe was probably violating Titania's personal space. She was shoving Titania's right shoulder with her left. "Remind me, what is that called? A maaaaake over?"

[Titania]

If she was flustered it was because of the Summer's mantle and nothing else. Right.
"A bit of pink corrector there, some liquid foundation to conceal those spots. Oh... and something around the eyes", her gaze seemed to poke holes in Rhodes.
"The hair too. We need something more aggressive. Like that actor... Tom Handy? Artie? Or maybe something bleached on top!", she asked Circe. It was the payoff of countless hours wasted on Vogue and a variety of fashion zines. QED.

"This fall is all about pinstripes and checks. Light brown and pastel knits. And shearling. And winter boots. You have one of those plastic cards, right? We're going shopping", she raised her right hand, gesturing towards the shop on the other side of the street.

[Rhodes]

Rhodes leers menacingly at Titania. "Spots?" he retorts incredulously.

He looks out towards the stores opposite, and back to the other Fairest. "What have I let myself in for?"

"I should go get my pruning shears, for those branches", she thought aloud. Yup, they were going to work their fairy magic.
