New IdentityBlackbird remains in her hidden perch. Watching what she can through her scope.
She doesn't utter a word. She doesn't even breathe. That's the thing about being dead, she doesn't have to. The soft rustling over the bluetooth as Blackbird checks the chamber of her rifle a final time may be the only sign that she's there. And she's ready.
Rebecca listened to the interaction, and watched the arrivals for the meeting, but she did not act. Not yet. The time was not now. Instead she remained focused on the mission, ready to end any she was tasked to end.

And then it comes together...
One of the Arms Dealers turns - and looks directly at Mable's hiding spot. At just the right moment to see a large bat burst from the shrubbery. Sighs all round. A nervous laugh. Jests as the large bat swoops low over the ground... And smells petrol and creosote and chemicals most foul.
Suitably distracted the Arms Dealers fail to note the mafiosi as they close the final distance.
Ferdinand and his boys make their appearance. The calm, so recently secured, shatters into fragments.
Giuseppe, in the middle, trying to play peace maker while Ferdinand appears confused at his fellow Made Man being there in the first place.
Leon's guys in their cars - the fucking cavalry! - appearing at just the wrong time to seal off the escape. The group had completed their long circuit of the backstreets and hearing the sounds of anger had made their presence felt.
The Kindred are... helpless. Helpless to stop a trigger happy mafiosi go for his gun when a crass Arms Dealer lumbers too close in the fracas. One gun leads to another. Soon bullets fly and bodies fall. Leon's men swarm forward and add to the cross fire, slaying Hunter and Arms Dealer alike: classic pincer movement.
Giuseppe, at last, joins a side: covering Lindasfarne as he falls under attack.
And Cochrane, the mad red head, goes wild. Fire. Fire in the hole!

The percussion of bullets in the pressure cooker of the area under the bridge, followed by the woomph and flames - who were these people, these Hunters who sought their death so desperately? The Sheriff did nothing for a long moment, simply staring in horror, knowing that almost nobody down there was going to survive, knowing that the Hunters had done this for them. Her Beast cringed in fear from the fire, and the Human knew deep within that this death was meant specifically and specially for each and every vampire here.
Were they truly the monsters, when the Hunters fought like this? It was the same old theme. Humans butchering humans for supremacy, because that was all people like this knew how to do.
"We're the lid on this pot, so keep it closed. Drop the Hunters if they try to escape. I'm advancing to get eyes on. Maintain positions."
As the firelight danced in her eyes from afar, Lina sighed as she drew her knife and pulled down her balaclava to hide her identity. A shadow against the night, she advanced from shadow to shadow, finding her ghost's path to a safe spot to see what was happening inside the burning horror show under the bridge and intercept any runners. The Coil screamed against the pressure of the inferno, but what Dragon feared flames?

Rebecca had a mixed reaction to the fire. Deep within her, in places you don't speak about to others, she felt an intense rush of pleasure at the sight of it. The burning of Hunters. the burning of Arms Dealers. The burning itself. But her Catalyst wanted her to flee the vicinity. Flee and allow the whole place to become engulfed, never to think of it again. But instead she remained at her safe distance. Safe from the heat and the final death. Instead she listened to Lina's words and trained her rifle on her area, ready to shoot any who tried to escape.
Not sure if I needed to roll initiative, but essentially Rebecca will delay any action until either everyone dies in the fire or people attempt to leave.

Mable Bat did as she was instructed, she swooped in determined it was a trap and quickly flew away indicating it was as Lina had believed. Moments later fire flared and gun fire erupted.
Mable flew around watching for anyone fleeing the mass execution happening below her. She was prepared to land and shift again if needed. It was clean that no one was to leave the area alive.
Davis takes aim. Focusing the crosshairs of his rifle on protecting his hired safe cracker Lindasfarne. He was hesitant to aim for Giuseppe lest a stray bullet take out Lindasfarne. But Davis needed Lindasfarne out of the firefight. A human shield would provide such cover and possibly spook Lindasfarne to run away to safety. If only I was stronger in the gifts of my clan. Davis thought to himself. He could have summoned Lindasfarne away.
Davis takes aim at Giuseppe's head.

New IdentityBlackbird continued glancing through her scope. Her sight was aimed at Cochrane, deeming the red head the greatest threat to her fellow brethren.
"Red could be a problem," Blackbird said keeping her voice low, "I have a shot, Sheriff."
Waiting for the Hunters to leave seemed like a mistake to the bird. They had a chance to end several high profile threats. She'd wait for Lina's okay, but her finger was getting itchy.

Cross can Lina make a stealth roll if she is closing on the firefight. The remaining mafiosi are not taking prisoners at this point
