Chaos. Absolute Chaos. A cop now dead and the unknown female Kindred wounded. Rebecca watched as the man she controlled continued to call their actions a misunderstanding. If only her idea had worked, though Mable it seemed had a different idea. But either way, confusion had been cultivated among the gathering of Kine and Kindred and Rebecca was going to have to take advantage of it. The Harpy would not die this night. Rebecca followed Mable's lead and crawled towards the car, at least to find some cover. Luckily it was still drive-able, and the cops seemed...distracted.

Rebecca will move up to her current prone speed towards the car and delay her action until next turn, unless either Masterson or Younger Cop look to Rebecca, then she will attempt to Command that target.

15 - Sharp-Eyed Woman 14 (2L6B, playing dead) - Handsome Bloke 12 - Mable 12 - Rebecca Simmons 8 - Masterson 7

Rebecca and Mable were doing the sane thing. Crawling away from the deadly battle that had ensued. They were, after all, Perfectly Normal Women In Beautiful Dresses. Their crawling took them to the car; Mable to the front driver's side door, and Rebecca to her passenger side door.

Masterson and the younger cop didn't look at the woman crawling away. No, young Mister Masterson was wondering how this had all went wrong, what the hell was wrong with his partner, and emptying his clip into the woman on the ground, clipping her in the leg. The poacher cried out, and knew she had to end this engagement. From the ground, her use of Celerity didn't seem like much; just a bit of an extra push, since she wasn't moving at all save for in her wrists as she brought her guns to bear on the Younger Cop. His eyes widened in recognition of the fact that he was about to die, and indeed, he did as two shots rang out, blasting out the back of his head just like his partner.

Jones, supernaturally required to protect the boxer, turned his shotgun on the psycho cop killer on the ground, blasting her in the face with a slug at point blank that blew off a chunk of her jaw. Wisely, wisely, the woman let out a gurgle and played dead. Normal people didn't stay up from that many hits, and she knew her business well enough to know that sometimes, you had to rely on your partner.

Her partner threw hands. One hit caught the confused, Entranced Jones in the stomach, and the uppercut that followed was critical, staggering the cop and leaving him seeing stars. Black consumed him, and down he went, like Liston, turning his gaze on Masterson, for whom this had all gone so wrong.

Which left Rebecca and Mable free to do whatever they were going to do next.

Under the car Mable could see Rebecca was heading to the car also. Mable slide into the driver's seat and kept her head low. She waited for Rebecca....

No one was looking at them. For a second a question danced in her mind: should we leave the poachers here? The answer was clear. A resounding Yes. She wasn't waiting for some unknown Kindred and she certainly wasn't going to accept responsibility for their murder of police officers. Quickly she slide right from the ground into the passenger seat, closing the door behind her. "We need to go."

In the background, Masterson made use of his distance, backing up to his car and putting a round in the fellow that had managed to drop Jones. A bullet struck the handsome boxer center mass, and to his credit, the big guy dropped to his knees and let blood flow from the wound.

"Help me," he begged, and Officer Masterson's gaze softened. The cop lowered his pistol and began to walk toward him, having fallen under the same spell that had taken his partner...

As the Kindred drive away, leaving the Daeva and his wounded ward in their dust, looking over their shoulder, they watch as the Bloke grabs the haplessly Entranced police officer by the throat. Strong, but helpless in the face of the vampire's might, he cries out and fights like hell to resist as the Daeva turns his pistol on him.

There are two BANGs, and Masterson is dropped to the ground like a ragdoll. As their damaged vehicle is about to turn away into the night, the poacher walks toward his ward, picking her up over his shoulder...

And... watch for the next scene!
