    Masterson's gun swayed down to Mable. Wrecked heel? What the hell? Was she drunk? He spoke into his radio, maintaining his position there behind the car door. "Control, Adam-Six, 10-80 concluded. 10-26 in progress. Send transport services."

    Jones, for his part, advanced out from behind the vehicle. He was calm and direct.

    "Lay down on the ground on your stomach, then interlace the fingers of both hands behind your head."

    Jones closed. He was now about fifteen yards away, with his shotgun currently trained on the handsome boxer.

    The second cop car came to a stop on the opposite side of the vehicle from Adam-Six. A female police officer with a stern look and a tight bun got out of the driver's seat. A young man, obviously barely out of the Academy, was slower in getting out of the other side. Their weapons were drawn. The female began to close while her youthful partner fanned out to get a different angle.

    Due to delays, I'm going to post and keep this moving.


    Rebecca took a knee, slowly lowering herself. So too did the pair, lowering themselves down to a knee, down to their faces. The charming male Kindred smiled up at Officer Jones, even as all four cops began to close in. "You mind givin' me a hand, sir?"

    Something in Jones' demeanour shifted. Friendlier. Less violent. His shotgun lowered. "What's wrong?"

    The handsome boxer said, "I've got a vicious leg cramp..."

    And Jones approached, rapidly, helpfully, completely oblivious to the fact that he was being supernaturally hoodwinked into a bad position.

    Mable heard the boxer dude ask for help, she was sure he was doing some type of mind shit. At least it seemed to distract that cop from the trunk. Mable looked at the one with a gun on her. "Officer, ummm, wait don't I know you? A friend of mine is working dispatch today. She told me to stay away from that part of town, Did I listen? No, I had to go out exploring."

    Mable hung her head down and rubbed her ankle. "Listen, I twisted my ankle pretty bad. As you can see I have no place to hide a gun or anything in this dress." Mable's voice held a slight panicky sound in it. She darted a look towards the crazy bitch who had a gun in the car. Mable whispered, "that woman has a gun." she point to the bitch.

    Rebecca, down but not out, watched as one of the officers lowered his shotgun. Following the handsome man's lead Rebecca looked the officer in the eye and started to speak. "Officer, I believe there's been some kind of mistake. As my friend said, she twisted her ankle, that explains what happened here. So would you kindly tell your fellow officers that this is all a misunderstanding and that you're going to let us off with a warning." She smiled wide as she spoke, in a non-threatening way, even though her statement wasn't a request.

    The stories being peddled by the Kindred had different effects.

    One of the two cops from the other car was hearing out Mable, even as he was getting his handcuffs out.

    Meanwhile, Rebecca was dropping a story that literally made no sense as to why they were in a police chase leaving a scene of a violent crime. However, it got Jones' attention enough so that she could make eye contact even as the cops closed to hand to hand range, getting set to start putting cuffs on people. Jones immediately said, "No, guys, this is all a mistake --"

    --even as Mable mentioned that the sharp-eyed woman had a gun. The venomous look she gave back even as all the weapons turned toward her and the cops started shouting (save for Jones, who was trying to tell them to let them go)...

    Jones/Older Cop/Younger Cop 15 - Sharp-Eyed Woman 14 (5B) - Handsome Bloke 12 - Mable 12 - Rebecca Simmons 8 - Masterson 7


    Chaos reigned out there on the street. Sirens were coming, but they were far, far in the distance, nowhere near enough to be relevant in this tough scenario that they found themselves in.

    The older and younger cop from the second car turned their guns on the woman, screaming at her in commands that she had no intention to complying with. She spun onto her back, and with a flash, drew two guns. The police officers put bullets into her. As she screamed out in pain, she fired two shots of her own that blew out the back of the older cop's head, dropping him to the ground. His brains were out. No doubt, that police officer was dead.


    Jones screamed at the others that this was a mistake, to let them go. His positioning was between the cops and the handsome Daeva that had been riding with them, a human shield, so to speak, that allowed the boxer to spring to his feet unmolested.



    In amidst all of this, Mable and Rebecca were on their faces, but there was calamity in which to move...


    Older Cop and Younger Cop shoot the Sharp-Eyed Woman, and SEW kills Older Cop with a pair of headshots. The handsome bloke stands as his action. To rise from prone is an action.
