Knot smiles sadly at the memory of the day they all got together.

In many ways, he wishes that day didn't fall out the way it did.

"Repugnant is a good word." Knot stands, and collects a old flier from the builtin board on one wall, then tears it into small pieces. "Beyond Banshee's concerns, there's a number of people that I could name that I would have to really think about putting out if I found them on fire. Let alone live with them."

He makes sure his number gets out to all that want it.

"Well, regardless of whether we have chemistry or, um, we don't," Nemo replied, brushing a hand down his coat. He would have said, 'or not,' but there was no point in being deliberately confusing.

"Either way, I'm really looking forward to getting to know you all better and joining your community here. Now, I will let you know, I'm still reporting to a few people, so I have some responsibilities, but overall I should be mostly available."

The smile he shared was genuine as he stood once more. Genuine, and hopeful. Innocent, almost, though how could any Guardian be innocent?
