Winter used Grappling 2 as an all out attack, the Seer needs to reflexively roll Dexterity + Athletics - 2 (the Suxx Winter achieved) in order to not fall to the ground. If the guy falls, Winter will assume a ground and pound stance over him

As before, Banshee concentrates on the Lament. She had snared the Seer, the Pentacle wouldn't find much resistance on whatever they chose to throw at Issac.

Knot tackles Isaac as the Guardian sweeps his legs out from under him.

Despite his sorrow Isaac manages to sidestep Winter at the last moment. Years of sports in his youth paying off as the man singlehandedly tries to escape. As the rope is pulled back through the portal Sand can see fear and sorrow spread across the blond man's face just before Knot tackles him to the ground. Within the glade the three mages can see the rope pulled back into the nothing where the portal was. Now there is only empty space, a gap between two trees. The rope lays at Sand's feet as she can still see the others through the portal.

Initiative Order is Sand 16, Winter 14, Banshee 12, Knot 11, Isaac 8 (TD3,2p)

Removed no dice for defense cause the Seer is in a grapple. I don't know his armor, so substract dice from the right.

Her mind strains, her breathing feel laboured, but she still concentrates on the Lament. It didn't matter that Knot had the Seer, or that Winter was attacking him.

Any lapse on her part might allow the up swelling of hope and the momentum needed for the Liar's Pet break free and flee.

He was confident that someone like Winter would sneer at him for being concerned about that sort of thing.
