...The dream quakes and the amphitheater shakes as Ingrid summons an Eldritch Horror from Beyond to devour the Manticore whole!

Ingrid took advantage of the spectacle to elongate her nails into claws. Claws which she used to scratch at her arms.

It was time to leave the ruinous dream behind. And she doubted she could last much longer against the two lions.

The Lion of the Left, and the Lion of the Right stalk forward, fur of both are burnt, and in tandem they rake their claws against the Verdant Queen.

Her will was not enough to wake her, to flee as the young dreamer wished, but in the end the result is the same.

Ingrid wakes with a gasp, sweat drenched, the worried eyes of Angus piercing in the darkness.
