Swearing, more from panic now, Ugly Gunner squeezes off another shot at Cross.

Why wasn't this guy falling?! She needed to drop this guy and help the others, make sure no one had falling to these jerks.

She pushes the blood through her body, seeking out wounds to knit them shut. Maybe give herself a few more rounds. Claws reach out again, looking to rend flesh and put the guy down.

Robert Longstreet

The Beast consumes Alice. Blind, the frenzied Haunt focusses on her ability to sense other Kindred, other prey. Cross is cloaked behind his Tranquility; the Ugly Gunner has no Beast to speak of. Claw Chick and Longstreet meld into one form off to the side; Ale remains out of reach as the Suit's Beast winks out of existence. That left the Monstrous Nosfteratu.

Alice hears a satisfying grunt as she collides with something solid, feels her iron fang bite.

Ale launches another assault against the Suit, with furious raking claws. This time his body yields and she tears right through him. The Brood doesn't even get chance to look surprised as he is hurled into Torpor. And the moment he does his dark arts fail; and his body unmakes itself as the full extent of the Reeve's wounding is revealed.

Suit doesn't so much fall to the ground as fall apart in a sticky, viscous mess.

Longstreet pushes the muzzle of his pistol into the Claw Chick's unyielding hide. And fires.

The other Kindred is a thrashing animal trying to break out of his monstrous grip. She is still standing despite the punishment he has inflicted.

Cross drags himself out of the door into the fresh night air, stepping to the side and slumping against the exterior wall, out of the line of fire.

The Blood does its work, healing what wounds it can. But he's still fucked up. Bad.

Beauty Boy lays where they left him. Dead in the dark.

After a beat, the Burned Man realizes Alice hasn't followed. Fuck. Knows he has to get back in there.

After making sure his shotgun is loaded, he wraps the shadows around himself again. Preparing to head back in, unseen.

Claw Chick tires one more herculian effort to break free of the Haunt's vice-like grip. At last, at the very end, she hurls abuse at the Wild Man for not doing more.
