"Keep driving. We don't want to be involved, now," says Obsidian. There was no anger in her voice, only resignation. "We shall follow up later. We should inform The Reeve."
As she speaks, her phone rings, though it isn't Culler.
"Call the Boss. I'll take this."
She answers her phone, thinking, This wasn't supposed to be such a busy night. Goddess, is this a sign?
"Aye" is all Mark says as he turns the car around. Once he is turned around he takes out his phone and calls the Reeve.
Mark hangs up his phone and just says "Fuck"

Predictably, the police that were in front and inside the diner come rushing toward the explosion, as do other onlookers, though some of the police immediately start trying to keep them back.
As the police and others start to come around the diner, Mairsil begins to make his way back toward his vehicle.
Time to make your exit, Mairsil.
John tries to move quickly around the other side of the gas station away from the police. He doesn't need to be caught over here.
After a few seconds, Alexander reigns his beast in and regains total control over his body.
"OK, hop on Charlie." Alexander makes sure Charlie is firm on his back then he sends his blood into his limbs and runs towards Charlie's car

Charlie slowly climbs onto Matt's back, making sure that his legs are wrapped tight around his waist so he won't trip him and wraps his arms around his neck.
Uh, giddyup?
He nods to Matt to go and holds on tight as he feels the air rush by as they head to his car.

"I can be there soon, if the new arrival is still present," says Obsidian into the phone.
Obsidian moves the phone from her face, but doesn't cover the mic.
"Deputy Connelly, please drive us to the Ordo Dracul Chapter House."
She returns the phone to her ear.
Mark turns and begins to drive away from the gas station, following Obsidian's Directions to the Ordo Chapter House.
