Really? A dog? But she supposed it could be plausible, Kine seemed really attached to the things. Though Victorias strong Beast reminded her own of how close to an animal it was as it paced, scared of the stronger one.

Her gaze then locks in on the guy staring a little too hard at Victoria. Did he know what she was? Or was he just a rude asshole?

She looks to see if she can get closer. Wanting to be in position should things turn sour.

Victoria noticed the glare, it was hard to miss, but it lacked any kind of successful execution. At least they were still off kilter unsure about her presence and how to react to it. She would have to capitalize on that while she still could. She looked to the man that glared at her, she smiled at him like his attempt at intimidation went completely over her head.

"Would you be a dear and come over here, stand by the door and do or say nothing until I say so? I think he is nearby and could use some more eyes looking. He scares easily," she said sweetly with undercurrents of power that demanded obedience even as she requested compliance.

The ventrue see how her command was received before attempting the same on his companion. Hopefully they would be able to restrain them both without a fight.

Balaclava doesn't even register what is happening, let alone how it happens. One moment he is behind the car and the next his is... not. Its a reasonable request after all. Why wouldn't there be a woman...

"The fuck!" Burly responds with startled protest, struggling to his feet and turning with wide eyed indignation. More for Balaclava than for Victoria.

So fast. Advantage kindred but for how much longer?

For a moment, Cross can only watch as the Reeve does...whatever it is she does. Must be some Lord shit... It's almost frightening to see the power she can wield. For better or worse, he can't consider it for too long. Things are starting to move fast.

As Balaclava begins to follow Victoria's command, Cross creeps around the car to stay out of his sight line. Even if he is under the Reeve's sway, Cross has no desire to simply appear before the Breather's eyes when it's time to make his move.

Once he's positioned properly, still out of sight of both of the Kine, using the car as a buffer between them, the Burned Man crouches down. He'll give the Reeve one more chance with Burly, and if that fails, then it's off to the races.

It had been used on him before, an odd experience. Seeing Balaclava's will crumple Jacob focused on Burly's response -- his hands closing into loose fists.

Her eyes widen as Victoria works her charm on one of the guys, a sly grin spreading across her lips. Poor guy didn't stand a chance against her, that was freakin' awesome!

But all good things eventually come to an end, and the other guy seemed a little agitated. Not knowing where Cross and White were, but hoping they were in place should things go South, she slides her hands into her back pockets, sliding her brass knuckles into place. Her stance changes, as she crouches, fists now at her side, ready to strike.

Victoria couldn't help but feel smug about ordering the man about so easily. These kine felt themselves to be professionals, monster slayers...amateurs. She would take them apart and break them for daring to challenge the domain in her keeping.

She turned her attention to the other man and focused her will as she spoke.

"Be a dear and stand still right there please, do not move or talk,"she commanded. "We will soon be finished."

She felt her command flop to the ground like a dead fish at the man's feet. If she spent less time gloating and more time focusing it might have gone differently. She wouldn't have much time, he would know something was wrong. Would he feel it and put it together before she could gather her reserves again?

Burly stares at Victoria, indignation still writ large on his face.

His nose twitches.

Cursing, he flails, ducking low behind the car and crashing back into the shelving. One hand gropes for a pistol as the already shaken shelves completely collapse.

At this point, lets do Initiative. Burly is going for a gun and will then be intent on shooting his way out by eliminating the obvious threat - Victoria. In going for the hidden (and loaded) weapon, he'll be knocking down the shelves completely.

For reference, Burly's initiative is 12.

Balaclava is Mesmerised as far as I'm concerned. Unless he is hit or touched, he is doing exactly what Victoria told him to do - stand by the door and be quiet.
