(Plot) The Masquerade

The woman smiled gestured for the sword back. "Let me see...." She flipped it up and peered closely at the pommel. "Yep. If you take a look here, that's his mark. He's the only one who gets to use it." She pointed at a tiny symbol stamped into the leather guard - what appeared to be two entwined masks. "And I'm sure he'd love to meet you as well; he's always happy to trade tips with people in the business." She pointed at the cards she'd handed them earlier. "Just drop by the store front and if he doesn't have time, he'll ask you to come back later."

The same mark as the pin. Not hiding much, this guy. That being the case, he's probably long gone already. Hell, he was probably gone when Coco and Tally went out to the parking lot. She smiles at the minion booth attendant, "Hey, thanks a lot," she says, and steps away to join the other pair. She waits until they've moved out of earshot of the booth, and with the music covering the conversation, lowers her voice to speak to them. "That was helpful. Have you guys noticed anything?" Ramona hasn't heard any cries of alarm or injury. Maybe the effect of the tokens was limited? Or maybe they weren't as widespread as they thought?

[Tally Benoit]

"Nobody seems to be causing any real problems." Tally admits softly to Ramona, moving close to do so. "How do we continue with this search? Do we try to find him or try to talk people into giving up the props?"

"Any idea to the strength of them?" She inquires again in a soft tone.

[Coco]

Coco produce her own copy of "Mr. Luna's" business card and then shook her head.

"Everything seems to be fine here. And, really, I wouldn't imagine it to be easy to make things as potent as what we ran into, so I'm not surprised that we've gotten them all. So I say let's either enjoy the rest of what this party has to offer, or we should go and enjoy our evenings elsewhere. We can pay Luna a visit tomorrow."

I think Ramona would feel compelled, for reasons of protecting the citizenry, to stay for the rest of the party. Just in case. If nothing is going to happen, I'll also say we can move on to the next thread.
