They would be enough to jog the memory and give enough of an impression to make other character's aware of who to look for. If Gabrielle wanted to capture greater detail she would need to incur a voluntary -3 penalty, reflecting the difficulty of making detailed drawings from memory.
The pictures would not be masterpieces (quality of materials would be low) but they would convey what you want.
