Green waited placidly once he had his vote. As the announcement was read out, one who listened closely might have detected a carefully constructed sigh of regret ooze from his mouth. The gem stone eyes remained undimmed and unblinking.
"Well done," he rumbled quietly, inclining his head to the new Magistrate.
"Good job. I"m glad you got the post," Green said to Marcus after a deliberate pause. It looked like the mountain was about to give the Metal Flesh a companionable slap on the back, but thought better of it, and opted instead for a deep nod of respect. "When all this fuss has died down, talk to me, yeah?"
To Sacha he gave a rare smile, enigmatic and burning bright with jollity across the hard planes of his face. "Good on you, yeah. You'll see - you be, like, the best Emissary. Yeah?"
He paused again, staring with distant eyes across the chamber at the King of Summer. Then he turns and takes his leave, walking away with ponderous tread.
Green will leave the scene unless stopped
