Violet popped over to the table where the drinks had been. Not wanting to disturb any conversations, she quickly took one that was beautiful, tall and bright like a sunrise.
Walking through the grass as it greened beneath her feet, she nodded to Autumn's Elemental and Beast, not far away, a Summer elemental. They could easily have a Summer storm if not careful. But nevertheless, it was calm for now.

After a bit of standing around, Gregory finds that he has become part of the decor more than participant in festivities. In an effort to interact with his fellow Lost he joins a conversation, one left by the departing Spring Queen and Joyeux.

With her hand firmly entwined with Rick's, Terri had been staring at what was around them before answering.
"All or nothing," she chuckled, glad that the dress she wore wasn't one of her favourites. She wasn't exactly going to keep it afterwards.
"Still, looks like it'll be fun."

Catching a few words from Lynn ( Trickster ) before she grabbed the drink, Violet nodded toward the Emissary. A non-verbal anytime was clearly written within her body language.
She swirled the drink in her glass, watching the conversations and excited to see the display of colours flying through the air; changing the garments from all within the courtyard.

Perception 4 suxx
Andrea stepped out of the changing room, now feeling like less of an outcast that she was dressed in the requisite White garb. She took a look around the room, wondering who she wanted to talk to. Okay, that wasn't quite what she was wondering. She knew who she wanted to talk to. It was a question of who she should talk to. She was trying to get involved. Talking to the same people she'd gotten used to maybe wasn't the best way to do that. She sighed, and continued looking around the room.

We are going to fast track a few things to begin with the fun part.
Everything had been set up and set out in it’s place. The balloons filled with water colors, some with powdered dyes. Cupcakes ready for the launching and anything else was ready to go. There were small sacks near all the ammo areas that would hold a few items of their choosing.
“Ladies and Gentleman.” The Spring Queen voice resonated through the courtyard and paused to get everyone’s attention.
“Thank you all for attending our Feast of Colour. All the items are non-toxic, particularly the drinks and cupcakes of course. I would like you all to please refrain from pelting people in the face. However, squishing or pouring anything directly onto them is completely allowed.” She began walking toward Rick and Terri with a smile upon her face. "The 'safe zone' is by the small table and chairs near the back door to the Rose Garden. You will have 2 minutes** to gather your ammunition and find a place to hide or do what ever is necessary."
“Most of all, on behalf of the Spring Court, we wish you all to have fun.” Laughing, she turned to Terri Nutkins and poured the remained of her bright orange drink on the Autumn Beast.

For the sake of fun and timing, we are not rolling initiative so please use your best judgment when ‘hitting’ someone. One hit per post. You MUST tag the target with an @ tag. If you are hit, the damage is the amount of color on your clothing. If you have to tag someone with parenthetical, make sure you leave a space between the ( and @.
We are using ‘ranged combat’ play. Dex+Ath -1 Improvised Weaponry. Minus defence or dodge if announced. If you're targeted again before the 48 hour period, you lose a die from defense. If you stipulate you are dodging for the 'turn' then that is all you do as a target you forego your next action, aka, no rolls for that turn. Hiding behind cover adds 2 to your defense. This also is applied to your throwing pool as a penalty.

L'aire took off to the balloons of colored water and powders. There were about 2 each of those and 3 cupcakes in her bag. Since the Dancer didn't care much if she was hit or not, she walked to the opposite side of the courtyard and stood by the tall hedged fence.
Despite her awful game face, she was grinning ear to ear. A few quick glances at her prospective targets would be so she could follow them as they grabbed their ammo and moved about.

Milo listened as the Spring Queen spoke, noting the thing she didn't say before anything else.
The Fairest leaned into the group that remained around the snack table ( Finn Connolly Tessa )as he moved the cupcakes and whatever other easy sources of ammunition were on the table to the ground. "She didn't forbid teams." He said with a smile. "Move the ammo to the ground and flip the table for cover?"
He continued to move what he could, flipping the table with or without help as the two minutes approached it's end. After a second of thought though, the Fairest decided on one more final alteration. He poured the glamour to harden his mask, lifting shadows and revealing a light tan, brown hair, and blue eyes. He was otherwise devoid of color though because of his attire, a problem with an easy solution given the circumstances....
