Miach's face turned sour. So he was supposed to just trust others with an issue he has first-hand knowledge of, and probably more experience with than anyone else ? The mystagogue would have made a scene if he didn't understand the man's concerns.

Sure, he had been in on it for quite some time now, and look... all those who came close-ish to some progress disappeared one after the other, except he... Super Fishy. Right. Didn't mean he liked it, but he could get that, and even more so from a Guardian.

So he was to prove himself.

"That's cool." he said, equally cooly, while looking at the empty glass. The man sure could drink. "I'll prove you I can have your back." he said, not quite looking at Star. He had attempted it times and again, only to fail each time. But he would prove himself to the others.
