The Toreador found a different community theater. He enjoyed seeing the various venues. Of course, he did not wish to sit amongst the noisy and nosy masses. He purchases two tickets for Carmen in a V.I.P. booth. Dressed in a more casual than usual attire, Juan awaited the doll-faced (and doll-like) Hildegarde.

The Lord had opted for business attire this night: black skirt and heeled shoes, matched with a cream shirt and a light scarf. Her hair had been locked in place with a barrette. She had polished her wedding band, and it gleamed in the light.
"Juan. My good friend," Hildegarde smiled as she closed in on the Toreador.
Despite her friendly greeting, Hildegarde's unMasked Beast assailed him. Her voice gave rise to violent desires. A moment passed as he suppressed the murderous temptations. She had called him by his first name, and a good friend. "Good evening Hildegarde. How are you tonight?"

"Yes. Yes I am. How have you been these past months? I heard you received a... promotion. At work." She drew closer. Elegant hint of perfume, perhaps only slightly overdone - overcompensating for natural scent and sweat which would no longer cause embarrassment. "Is this not a capital little place. To think I had not seen it before."
She waited for him to offer her his arm.
The Daeva grinned broadly in return as the scent reached him. "I have been very well," he then added, "You heard correct," he replied with a rolling of his r's. "I believe I heard through the grapevine that you experienced success as well." He extended his arm outward, curling it into a hook, "Come, let's find our booth so we may chat."

"Yes. I have. On more than one front, I might add. It has been so exiting... I have had to learn a little politics and I have to keep the home fires burning!" She made a coy smile as she entwined her arm with Juan's. "Please, lead on."
Two titles? Now this is intriguing... The Daeva mused to himself. He led his companion along, passed the Kine milling about. He looked at the unwashed masses with an air of arrogance. "I must say, there's only one other better dressed than I," Juan said unto Hildegarde with a wink.
Arriving at their booth, he held open the door for her to enter. "Ladies first."

Enigmatic little smile on her face, the Lord drifted into the box.
"You are too kind. This little ensemble is nothing much at all." Hildegarde murmured as she settled into a seat. Turning slightly in a natural movement, she looked towards the Priscus with an arched eyebrow and an air of suppressed excitement. Her lips parted slightly in expectation.
The Opera would be a welcome change to her routine, but the conversation that was to weave through the performance - that was to be savoured.
Closing the door behind him, the Daeva flashed a smile to the Ventrue. He smoothed out his attire before taking his seat next to her. Cordoba looked out upon the Kine milling about, searching for their seats.
He exhaled a sigh of pleasant relief, "Such a wonderful change of pace from the usual politicking." Juan slowly turned his head to Hildegarde, glancing at her features before making eye contact. "I have been so busy and I needed a distraction. Thank you very much for planting the suggestion for a night out."

Hildegarde chuckled lightly.
"I think a change of pace was needed. For both of us. A lot has happened since our last pleasurable evening. Why! I do believe that the Domain is almost completely different to what it was! That is Change for you: an intricate dance of small movements... and before you know it dramatic shifts have occurred. And you think to youself - what did I miss? A night at the Opera is required! How else is one to reflect on recent events!"
She crossed her legs.
"We have both changed," she continued.
