Word had floated along to the Wild One that today was the big Concilium meeting, and so she had dressed as appropriately as she was comfortable with. She had never really cared for bras or undershirts so it may have actually been a little more revealing that people would expect, but that was just the way she did things.
Mae had been on her way to grab some quiet lunch at a cafe near her new house when she had noticed Fluke wandering down the street. She was about to call out to him when he seemed intrigued by a random side street and abruptly changed direction. Curious and amused, the Thyrsus had begun to follow her friend. He always talked about how much he loved this city or that one, but she had never really seen what he meant until now. Content to simply watch what happened, she simply followed quietly behind him as he went along without any real indication of where he was actually going. However long this went on, she couldn't be sure and didn't really much care. In the end she realized that they were walking down the street she had been given in the address for the meeting, and she chuckled to herself. Her friend really was a little Wonderboy when it came to the fickle nature of Fate.
She hung back long enough to let him make his entrance on his own, counting to twenty before entering the building and winding her way to the actual room they were supposed to go to. She grinned broadly at the familiar faces and the new ones alike, waving briefly but enthusiastically before glancing around to get her bearings more fully. There was certainly an interesting array of fashion choices, which made her feel more confident in her own as she meandered around briefly. Most of the faces were new, but only about four looked all that professional or uptight. Fluke was already making new friends. Maybe joining him was the best option.
The Thyrsus quickly wound her way over and made her greetings. "Hey Fluke! Good to see you, buddy! Hello everyone! I'm Mae!" Her huge smile was genuine and her voice had a slightly husky, alluring quality to it, making everything she said sound a little risque.
