Trailing behind the excitable redhead, Catherine arrived at the table with a little more grace and a little less vigour than her companion. Attempting to keep pace with introductions and Coco's darting hands, she regarded the trio arrayed before her; taking a memory of the group she squirreled away the information Cosima imparted, along with their likenesses, within her Library. When her eyes blinked open once more two of the ensemble were making excuses and hasty exits, purportedly on the tail of a summons from their dread lady. Though they remained true to their word and swiftly approach the Autumn monarch, she couldn't help feel a little rebuffed by their sudden withdrawal and chided herself for her foolishness.

Stop taking things so damn personally.

Catherine turned back from the departing figures and examined the woman Cosima has identified as Aaren. The brazen glow of the sputtering torches was reflected in the gleam of their golden skin. Rallying from her moment of self-consciousness, Catherine offered her hand to the gilded woman, eyeing the delicate blooms nestled in her hair.

“A pleasure to meet you Aaren, as Coco intimated, my name is Catherine”

A treasure, but not treasured. Crowned in flowers but not a flowering. A puzzle and an enigma with smoldering, shrewd, lambent eyes. Hair tumbles downwards following the slight motion of her head, tilting towards the ground while taking in the darting wasp. Then, there is the voice: addictive and heady; an opiate delivered by sound. “Coco! How lovely to see you! I noticed you earlier but the winds took me elsewhere.”

Turning her attention back to Ava and Rick, Aaren studiously files away their answers. There isn't time to say anything else or inquire further, but their answers are a start and it is best to not keep the Dread Queen waiting.

“A pleasure to meet you, Catherine.” Warmth suffuses the voice and a smile bursts onto Aaren's features. “Come, both of you, let's not crowd around Ava's table. You,” the Gandharva says turning her attention back to the Painted Lady, “are an Artist? Do you have a particular medium or do you do as you are inspired?”
