Terri shook her head, smiling slightly. "Deal away, Grim," she replied, lightly, crossing her legs under the table. One hand rested on the table, painted nails tapping out a rhythm. Her other hand held onto the beer.
This was going to be fun.

Terri shook her head, smiling slightly. "Deal away, Grim," she replied, lightly, crossing her legs under the table. One hand rested on the table, painted nails tapping out a rhythm. Her other hand held onto the beer.
This was going to be fun.
Morgan just nodded her head in the affirmative. Several times, "Izzst fine w-with me yes-yup-yes. G-gog-go head, uh, please, heh-heh."
Morgan understood one rule of gambling: never bet what you're not prepared to lose.
Reef simply gives a nod as the others confirmed they were ready. He rests his hands on the table, his body slightly angled forward over the table in anticipation. Softly, his fingers begin to tap away a beat as the elemental waits for the cards to be dealt.
"Indubitably. Let us begin, and see who Lady Luck will favor tonight. Hopefully her whims will align with the chic rather than the meek tonight," Coco said, taking a sip from the beer Green had handed back to her. "And thank you, Green, for the assistance," she added, setting her drink on the table. Her off hahd held her cane and her fingers drummed softly against the metal capped handle while she waited for the cards to be dealt.
The Grimalkin nods to all of the 'Lings assembled and reaches under the table for a case full of betting chips. He doles them out to each of them in turn, indicating a few white chips with no specified value. "Use those blank chips for your non-monetary bets. Favors, fruit, and whatever."
Then he flicks two cards across the patchy green felt to each gambler. They all slip to their owners face down. "Okey dokey, kids. Let's play Poker."

The mountain seemed more interested in ensuring his seat didn't collapse under him as he got comfortable for the long game. It was with some reluctance that he reached out a hand and scooped up his cards. He barely even looked at them before laying them flat on the table.
Green goes all in... with bluffing
Forgot to note that Manipulation pools are effected by Elemental Curse. No 10s so no issues
Terri delicately raised the corner's of her cards, eyes taking in what she had. Letting them lie flat again, she takes hold of her beer as she took in the others around her, attempting to read how they react to the initial deal.

The Wasp was not one of those fools who wore sunglasses and hats, or scowled at opponents and spoke tersely to give away no hints of what she might have. No, her mask was all about the smile, bright, wide, and empty. Her white teeth were like a wall, blocking any view of what the Wasp might have been thinking. That wasn't enough to change the fact that she had absolutely nothing, however. The Wall was not enough to win on alone.
4 successes to Bluff, but still has nothing
Morgan accepts her own cards, fidgeting just as nervously as she was before. It'd be hard for Morgan to get more twitchy. She hoped she had a stronger hand then the others as she scrutinized it. She peeks over the cards, eyeing everyone else at the table. Maybe drinking a beer will help her calm down?
Morgan reads a little
Reef's face holds a blank, confused look at his cards, as if more interested and intrigued by them than what anyone else was doing. Sure enough, if Reef had learnt anything about himself, it was that people assumed he was dumb. The elemental knew the observation wasn't entirely untrue, but he knew poker wasn't a game of all that many brain cells if you weren't counting, and he had well and truly enough for this game.
