Just after the Shadow Regent departs, David likewise rises from his seat. His head is bowed low, downcast, as the Mortician bids the group,“Shadows, Priscus, Seneschal, thank you for the meeting and good-evening.” Lifting his head by degrees and waiting for Aileen ( Bigpaw ) to join him, David then departs.

Rina rises, offers a bow to those officials still remaining, and exits swiftly without a word.

With David leaving, it was time for Ablution to do the same. Aïleen silently rose and bowed as Rina had before her, taking perhaps a half-second longer to make up for her lack of verbosity, and leaves back to Florin.
