Asp was totally not usually the kind of girl that got all excited about Girls Night. She followed the Iliza Schlesinger model of a fun night out; usually, it involved a decent bar, a few drinks, and not a complete absence of guys. Girls Night was not her thing usually.
But when it came to Arrow Action Movie night...
...guys totally sucked at picking action movies. The Expendibles? No, thank you. Jason Statham? Nope.
Quentin Tarantino? That was more like it. It just a matter of convincing Avis of the wisdom of Kill Bill. It was time to get some David Carradine in over fruity drinks. Or beer. She had both.
Asp's apartment was barely unpacked, the essentials put away while most of her meager possessions were still in a neat stack of boxes in the corner of the little dining nook in the small one-bedroom apartment she lived in. She had a worn black cloth couch, an IKEA table, a little TV stand, and one of those 40'' flat-screen TVs you got for signing on for a couple of years of contract with a service provider. It was totally on loan from Dad. There wasn't much on the walls, but hey. By the sounds of it, it wasn't like she'd be staying here long.
They'd get their Hallow, and then there would be mana and roommates. Sounded like fun.
