(0908) Autumn Festival

[Terri Nutkins]

Terri bounces down the street towards the Empty Orchestra, really, really excited about the Autumn Festival. She had spent ages picking her dress and even though it wasn't the most revealing, it was one she felt most appropriate for tonight.

Getting closer, and her heart was bursting as the smells of the season wafted out of the bar towards her. It had been sooooooo long since she had let her red hair down so tonight was going to be extra special.

Entering the bar, Terri firsts spots Barkley and Rick, and bounces over to them.

"Hey guys, ain't this exciting!" Yes, she's that happy.

Rick turned as he heard Terri's voice, offering her a smile and a wave as she approached. "Yeah, I've always loved this time of year. Even back to when I was just a kid. And this get-together should help me meet people too. I haven't exactly been in this city for very long".

Fu walks into the party. Interested in what the Autumn Court plans on doing this fall and doing his best not to see if he can squish a pumpkin in one hand. He looks around for his friends.

Terri slides her arm through Rick's like its the most natural thing in the world.

Its nice to have friends in these times.

Asia entered the Empty Orchestra and gazed around at the decorations, the food, and the drink. She was almost awestruck by the amount of effort put into the festival. It had been a long time since she had seen people care about the seasons. Changelings they may be, but not all of them paid homage to the passing of the seasons.

She quietly walked around the bar, smiling and nodding at people she went by, but not saying anything. She wondered which one of these people was the head of the Winter Court and started paying close attention to people's interaction.

[Derek Noble]

Derek smiles to see Al-Adin, chowing down and having a great time. "Some things can be depended upon," Derek thinks to himself.

"Al-Adin! Good to see you again, my friend," he says, warmly, grabbing Al-Adin's hand for a shake, then pulling him in for a hug. "I'm guessing the pie's pretty good?"

The buffet and cold drinks are kept filled by a dark haired woman from the catering staff, so there is always plenty.

[Derek Noble]

As drinks go, Derek goes with a seasonal dark ale.

[Kyle Franesco]

Kyle arrives dressed very unusually. He's wearing a white suit with a black silk shirt, and he doesn't take his sunglasses off when he gets inside. On the white jacket, there is an almost invisible silver lapel pin abstractly depicting two foxes and little hearts, symbolizing his connection to the Spring Court. He needs them too, since he must have strengthened his Mask with Glamour, making him look completely human again.

He heads over to the bar and orders up something alcoholic. Which is odd, because Kyle never drinks alcohol.
