It had been another typical day for Sonya Lambert - typical, and quite frankly, boring as ever. So she was to say the least surprised when she awoke with a start near midnight in their little getaway van, a chill running down her spine with the hair on the back of her neck standing on end, and terrible urge to just move. The next thing she noticed was that the door leading outside had been left ajar. "Who the hell -" Her voice was cut off as she realized she was alone in the vehicle; it wasn't unusual for her grandmother to disappear for hours on end ranting on about some 'great change', but her brother? The weren't supposed to wander off alone, especially when their pictures were plastered across over the late night news over 'Deranged Grandma kidnaps grandchildren, still alludes authorities'. Spotting a note taped to the wall, Sonya moved to read it, ripping it off.
Out for a walk, restless. - David
"Dumbass, you're gonna get yourself caught." She grumbled, crushing the paper and tossing it aside. Feeling far too antsy to just sit around waiting, Sonya slipped outside, slamming the door shut and took off running without a moments hesitation. Breathing in the fresh air of the early hours, she felt more alive then ever - must've been cooped in the car for far too long. Shortly afterwords she reached the Johnson Business Park, one of the siblings favorite places to loiter around when few people were around; hopefully her brother had come here. The full moon bathed the place in silver light, and it almost felt as though the more she walked in it, the more her skin seemed to crawl.
