0214 Consillium - At the Bar

Ariadne shifts to respond to Impulse (@WakingDream) but is cut off by the stare from Vae. The Warlock lets out a slow sigh as Vae makes her exit from Consilium. That had never been an easy relationship but this was uncalled for on many levels. The Consilium can't be allowed to shatter, not for anything.

"We can work out the difficulties of proper consequences in Consilium here. What the Arrow does is there own however." Ariadne nods towards the mage Umbrey who had mentioned the Lex as well before turning her gaze to Leo. "I trust that the Arrow needs as many mages in top shape as possible."

Finally blue eyes shift to another mage Snakebite Ariadne's isn't familiar with. I really need to stop living under a rock. Words fail the Epopt for a moment as she realizes she has no idea where Animus is. Nor are the tattoos and attitude hard to miss on this last mage. "Blunt but that works." The Epopt says plainly with a smile, then she takes a quick glance around for the Heirarch.

Frustration and tension ran through Gamble's whole body as the whole of the Consilium, and those beside, have descended upon him. Peer pressure is a powerful thing, especially when those peers happen to be right. Quick movements and Gamble releases his hold on Reverb.

Looking at everyone through narrowed eyes, he takes very deliberate steps away and towards the bar-door.

Gamble says nothing to Ariadne 's or even Snakebite 's challenges and instead, like Vae before him, stalks off. Apparently, to cool off.

Gamble releases @Reverb and leaves the Consilium

Impulse blinks. Surprised that his plea seemed so ineffective on everyone BUT Gamble. With a sigh, he pockets his card back in his vest and watches the mage leave. Hoping that his order wouldn't be too hard at him. He shudders at a bad memory from his time with the arrows then turns back to all those present, "Yes. Well. If the rest of you I asked to meet me would be so kind..." And with a smile, he heads back to his corner.

Leo nods to Ariadne as both mages leave. With Vae gone, Gamble leaving, and Animus presumably nomming a rope toy in Kiko's sanctum it appeared Leo was the new First Talon and only Sentinel. Not at all how he wanted that to happen.

"Well fuck." Leo said shaking his head. He watched Impulse return to the corner with Idun in it and blinked for a second, before looking back to Reverb. "With that resolved, is there somewhere with a bit more privacy where the head honcho's can discuss with a little privacy?"

While very powerful people were talking around him, Vincent wasn't really cognoscenti of everything they were saying. Other than the fact they were prepared to break people that had been stupid enough to start shit. He watched Vae and then Gamble leave, glaring. He wouldn't have minded seeing Ariadne take a steel wool mind spell and scrub the crazy out of Vae's brain but he'd take what he could get.

Very much still in possession of his frowny face, his attention swiveled at Leo and he mentally worked through his question. "There's the kitchen or my office." he says fishing out his keys. "Unless you guys want to take it down to VIP lounge."

If Leo wants the office or the lounge, Vincent will give him the keys to the employees only area and to the office/lounge. Whichever is selected Vincent turns afterward and fixes himself a Moscow Mule, grumbling to himself.

Snakebite nods as Gamble walks away, taking a step over to give Vincent a firm pat on the back before pointing forcefully at her scotch glass as though that was an obvious enough gesture, before proceeding after Impulse to speak with him here.

"Thanks." Leo said halfheartedly. Thoughts of order and cabal were hanging heavily on his mind now that he was the only one left of both.

With a sigh Leo departs to meet with Impulse.

The Epopt watches the confused cop leave with a sad frown. Every fracture soul has a chance to be refined and polished. All souls are flawed but life exists to fix those flaws. Ariadne shakes her head. Yet none are worthy of Atlantis.

"I'm going to go see what Impulse wanted to talk about." She says to Ermon . "We should find a nice restaurant to talk at soon though." With that Ariadne makes her way over to Impulse's corner.

Umbrey is definitely disappointed that nothing is being done about that major transgression in the Consillium Meeting. He just sighs though. That place is a fucking mess. But he knows he has no authority beyond that of a citizen. For now.

He makes a face that says 'eh whatever' and limps over to Impulse's corner.
