Kevin is laying about in Urshul, his head resting upon his forepaws. He's been awake for a few minutes, something woke him and he hopes its one of his pack mates. He raises his head and yawns mightily before moving into a sitting position.
Shaking his head, he glances around and upon seeing who's here, barks out a greeting, <<Heya, how's your day been?>>

"Thinking." Jeremiah replies as he sits down next to Kevin in Hishu. "The offering has to be something desired. For a hawk and a dog...That seems simple? A rabbit and a cat maybe? Or two rabbits?" The Ghost shakes his head. "Seems too easy."

<<Never easy, these are Spirits after all.>> Kevin agrees with a glance upwards. <<Perhaps something a bit more... larger is in order? Like a stag or doe? Or something more danger, like a feral pig?>> He grunts out as he turns his gaze upon his friend and pack-mate.
<<The harder to caught might be better in this case.>> He adds with a sweeping motion of his tail.
Jessie was laying nearby. He had already spent most of the day just walking around the Tur but now he was tired of walkin around the prison with no bars and now just laid on the grass, looking up at the sky.
He wanted to go out to do research, but the Pure walked the streets and prevented him from even visiting the library.
He wanted to hunt, but there were no animals to catch in the small, public space.
He wanted to leave, but death was his only escape.
Now all that remained was to wait until someone roused him. If they even bothered to at all.

Steel is listening, arms crossed as he thinks over the predicament.
"Only reason we're in this mess is cuz of my big mouth," he says with a defeated sigh.
He'd been trying to find a way around it, but even his pride has a breaking point. There's nothing to do but accept the truth for what it is.
"Hell, if it weren't for Jess jumping in like he did you guys woulda probably walked back here without me," Steel admits, tossing a nod to their newest packmate. "All things being fair, I should be handling getting the apology sacrifice myself."

Jeremiah shakes his head. "No, we have to do this as a pack. If that's what we want to be we have to act like one. One offering for Prideful, one for Fierce."
"Kevin is right as well. We need to catch prey worth offering." The Ghost says as he shifts to look at Jessie.
"Thoughts on a better way to approach Prideful the next time around?"

Jessie was actually close to drifting off to sleep when Jeremiah spoke to him. He rolls his head towards the group before pushing himself up slowly, rubbing at his eyes before pushing himself up the rest of the way and walking over to the little pow-wow they were having with sluggish movement. When he was in the circle, he falls back on his butt with a thump and takes another moment to rub his eyes before speaking in a groggy voice, " Prideful Harrior.. is a S-S-S-S-Spirit with the m-m-m-m-mindset... of a King." He lets out a long yawn before he goes on, waving his hand in a circle as he rambles off words. "Courts, ag-g-g-greements, laws and whatnot. There are r-r-r-rules to follow."
staying awake and focused
Jessie goes quiet for a bit as his head dips and he nods off for a moment before he snaps back, rubbing his belly he cleared his throat and went on. "E-e-e-everything up to K-k-k-k-," He gives up on saying his name and just waves a hand in Kevin's direction as he went on, "him was c-c-c-c-correct. S-s-s-s-sorta."

Kevin's form expands, his limbs alter, and a set of cloths covers his body. It takes him a few seconds to get comfortable, sitting cross legged. "Jessie is right. Prideful Harrier is into Spirit Courts. If we decide on Prideful as our Totem, then we'll be operating as a Spirit Court ourselves. We'd be expected to recruit vassals and protect them."
"The good news is, Prideful brings along his whole court but, well..." Kevin trails off, giving his head a slight shake and a shrug of his shoulders.

Jeremiah's face pales momentarily as Jessie explains his thoughts. A liege is not something Jeremiah had been hoping for. Blood returns to his face as Kevin shares.
"Spirits or other wolves for vassals?" The shrug gives it away, what exactly though is what Jeremiah is now worried about. "What's the downside?"

"Gonna bet it's more complicated than that," Steel says, crossing his arms.
Nothing comes without a cost. Having a whole court of spirits sounds nice but the rahu's head is already filling with ways it could go wrong...
