Octavia was more then happy to have ditched the mall for the park the moment Korvin suggested it. The dogs had done well today anyway and both they and herself deserved a little reward. Now strolling under the pale moonlight she was finally able to relax and much of the woman's carefully scripted decorum seemed to fade away as she strode down the path like some silver cast Artemis with the dog's padding at her heels. Even a blind man could see that here amid nature was were Octavia belonged and half turning in step she flashed Korvin a smile.
"Thank goodness we're out of there. If I had to listen to one more valleygirl gasp and start proclaiming about clothes using txt talk instead of proper english I might have set the dogs on them or mauled them myself." She joked tilting her head back slightly to stare up at the moon as they walked just enjoying Korvin's company. While perhaps she should be a little more wary of walking in a dark park at night with a strange man Octavia really just couldn't bring herself to be so. After all they weren't far from the main streets and one scream would have the police called in no time. That is of course if the dogs didn't tear the man's arm off for trying any sort of funny business. Though really Octavia doubted it would ever come to any of that.
Besides she'd been the one to jump at the chance to get away however little bit from 'civilization' and all it's stench. The park wasn't too far away, but right that moment it might as well have been a different world from that which they had fled. A world of soft light and shadows with only the sound of the stirring of leaves in the wind.
