Stripes shakes himself from staring at the vines and reaches a paw forward.

Jack stops adn looks to the vines. Her mind was muddled by the glamor they produced and she was unaware of the warning signs from her last enocunter. She muttered softly as she stepped forward.
"These...look familiar"

Hand extended toward what he believes to be an existing hedge gate, Marcus stands ready to open the way into the Thorns as soon as the others are ready to cross over. He vaguely wonders what they all find so fascinating about vines. They look perfectly ordinary to him.

Al-Adin stands behind Marcus,
"Lets go already, come on come on." He implores to Tally and Jack.

As the changelings step through he hedge gate they see something strange, the hedge looks like it had been mowed except for a single blossom that actually shined in the odd light of the hedge. From this point they have the option of looking more closely at the flower, which is quite beautiful or moving on to an actual goal.
If your character resisted the vines then you can blow off the flower no problem, others will not be able to.

Al-Adin looks at the flower. "Pretty." And, then, perhaps for the first, and maybe last time in his life, he remembers what he was supposed to be doing.
"Hey come on, we got to keep going!" He presses on, happy to be the Curious George/expendable leader for whatever traps lie ahead.

Stripes blinks as he looked around. The trimmed hedge didn't look or feel natural but that flower...
The tiger knows Al is talking, but for some reason he can't draw himself to worry about what the monkey is saying. That flower seems important somehow. It has to be if it's the only thing left, right? Curious, Stripes moves as Al is pressuring, but does so toward the strange little plant.
"Wait a sec, Al," Stripes says, kneeling next to the flower. "Something's weird here."
Stripes thinks, trying to figure out something about this strange plant. Maybe he's seen it before?

"Stripes? You ok?" Tally asks upon noticing that the fellow Hunterheart seems to be staring at the single flower.
With a glance at Jack, as she is the expert on this vine, she then scans the area, after all, you never know if you are in danger unless you keep on your toes.
" These...were present when the Freehold burned down" the memory came back as the winter Hare fought against the unnatural feeling of awe and beauty the fine emitted. Like a perfume, or more a deadly toxin it clouded her mind slowing her thoughts but a loud and familar "NOPE" cut through it.
Shaking her head the Archer paused and looked the others. " Ava, Mal, Llewelyn and I...we encountered these in an ally...we were attacked" SHe paused taking a step back. She wanted to think them dangerous from her memory. But these were too beautiful. Not like before.
