Jeremiah listens quietly as Firebringer tells the tale of Sacramento. As the tale grew longer the Crescent's blood pumped faster. A Howl is what he wants. A declaration of survival and coming revenge.
Instead the Ghost Wolf nods when Firebringer's gaze sweeps over him. Letting his anger simmer and wait.
"They will pay for what they've done." Jeremiah says in partial reply to Daniel and as a statement of his feelings.

Ever the redneck, Aeneas spit carefully before he spoke.
"Well. Them Anshega hit hard, I grant them that. An' they drove us far... that too. But it ain't over till its over. An its far from over. We still here. We got new blood. Strong blood. We ain't broken yet. I says let them Anshega bask in their shit: they be like a tide. All tides ebb in the end, right."
He cast a beady eye over the company.
"Theres bushwackin' ta be done, ah say!"

Firebringer nods to those gathered. "Then remember. Remember why we fight, and why we cannot ever give in. For now, though, we should all get back to patrols."
As he turns to leave, his gaze flicks to Jeremiah. "If you have further questions about the Meninna, you know where to find me."

Daniel pushes himself off the ground and heads off to patrol.
