Miach looks around the small room, realizing for the first time exactly what the woman had done to him. He feels dizzy, it’s not just the fact that everything was giving off some sort of odd glow but that there was a rush of power that seemed to run down his spine. Something that he had only felt in part. This was entirely different, it was like something better, it alluded to an entirely higher existence.
On a small glass block on the table, pulsing with light in his eyes were three perfectly straight lines of color, colors that had names, colors that didn’t have names and colors that nothing could be used to describe all at the same time and in quick succession. There was a small straw directly next to it. It was rather obvious what you were supposed to do with it.
Miach feels a strong compulsion, this is a snortable drug.

What he felt, what he saw, what he guessed, it all happened in one short burst of thoughts in his head. But even Miach knew that it would be foolish to let his only opportunity at freedom go to waste to indulge in his Vice... Steeling himself, the Acanthus focused on finding a weapon, or leaving at the soonest.

The only other 'weapon' in the room is a radio that seems to have been smashed, and the small razor that was used to cut the coke. No handle or anything.
At least the radio had some heft to it.

Miach's spirit had been uplifted by his luck at getting free of the restraints, and he wouldn't let a mere lack of additional luck get in the way. Quickly dispatching the noisy parts from the radio, the tall Acanthus took it in his hands, ready to throw it as either a weapon or a diversion. Tiptoeing as best he could toward the door, he quickly peeked beyond, trying to gauge the danger he would face when moving on.

As Miach peaks around the corner of the door a surge of magic rolls through setting off not just his Unseen Senses but suddenly everything seems to glow, then the Shadows seem to thicken and deepen almost as if the properties of light and darkness were reversed.
I need a [Perception - 2] To see past the door now.

Was it his overworked nerves, or his senses crumbing down under the drugs ? Regardless, Miach's senses all turned jittery, and he couldn't see as well as he had expected a moment before. That, and he had had that surging feeling...
Of course, he had several options to enhance his own Sight, but would it be safe ?

As the darkness seemed to get deeper and deeper, slowly oozing into the room and making even the sparkles and glow that he could see warp and twist. There were really only two options now: He could stay in the room and wait for that crazy woman and the gun to return or he could stumble into the darkness and hope for the best.
Alternately they were supposed to be trying to find him right? Maybe noise would help... or maybe it wouldn't who knows.

Given that he had been lying helpless in this room for months now, Miach didn't think he could really rely on anyone else. What's more, he felt nauseated at the mere thought of staying a moment longer in said room. But he couldn't go on really blind, and the Acanthus wanted to feel the rush of using Willworking again. It felt so good after so long !
Calling to higher laws again, he spoke in a low voice the Words To See, and routinely made the mudras carrying the same meaning.
Armed with this, and resolved to flee or die trying - preferrably the former - the Enchanter moved on, crouched and ready to spring or throw the radio at a moment's notice.

Oddly enough he could feel the spell go off, but absolutely nothing changed. Nothing. Nothing. Not even that. It was like the spell did nothing.
At all.
It was still tangible-dark and everything still looked glowy... in fact come to think of it, it looked like this when he had Supernal Vision on in the first place.
Kinda made him wonder what was in the drug they were giving him in the first place...in fact there was more just a few steps away....
