Halo was on route to the GPS of Kite's cell phone, things were a little hazy and thankfully it wasn't too far. However there was a certain sound that caught his attention.
The sound of sirens as he approached.
It looked like there was a number of police and Firemen in the area, and the familiar blonde one wasn't in sight.
Slightly scruffy, as he hadn't shaved in a week, Halo found himself walking into the midst of siren city.
Since falling off the wagon and finally escaping his own demons there was a different vibe to everything. Halo actually felt like the world was finally making sense again, but he'd fallen a long way to get to that point. Now he was back, and there was work to be done.
Clearly the others had set something in motion that had attracted some unwanted attention. "Oh boy."
With a spring in his step he activated his Mage Sight, then briskly walked over towards the commotion to see if there was anything he could do.
Time for a distraction Halo old boy...

There seems to be a direct lack of magic, well that's not true, there's magic you just don't really have the ability to see it all. Seems as it's pulsing something dark and horrible, an abyssal summoning perhaps. But then have you ever seen one before, either way the dark looming clouds seem dark and looming -- and they weren't there a moment ago.
On the ground there are oh so many uniformed people moving in slightly odd motions, but then they seem to be mostly puzzled over the fact that the door to the small building seems to have something like a fist through it an it is no longer set on it's hinges. A little further down the hallway the smooth metal of a powered lock down door can be seen in eerie green light.
The moment Halo gets noticed an officer walks over. " I'm sorry sir you need to not be here." He seems to be directly in Halo's way, and has taken umbridge at the way he looks (apparently) "To the other side of the caution tape."

"Sorry Officer...? Didn't mean to be in the way, it's just we tend not to see you good folks in this part of town." Halo feigned a look of apology and backed away from the imposing policeman. "I figured maybe they were filming a show or something, didn't think it was real." He laughed sheepishly and moved away, ducking under the tape.

Once he was back to a safe distance Halo looked around to see who else was watching this mess. Criminals would often show up to watch the mess they'd created, and Awakened ones were rarely different, although some of them could do it with the Space Arcanum...

The policeman watches halo for a moment before nodding and heading over to a small group to shoo them away from the site of the crime. The man just seems to stare at the policeman before shrugging and slipping back just like Halo did, the other (a older woman), is holding a small child in her in her arms. The small brunette toddler is reaching for the building with one hand as she holds onto a Tigger stuffed animal before the grandmother takes her away.
Surreptitiously the Guardian took a quick snap of the people with his camera phone while the officer's back was turned. It was the sort of thing people did these days so he didn't exactly look out of place, and took a moment to concentrate on examining the natures of the man, the woman, and the toddler (as per Supernal Vision).
Quickly he fired off a message, re-routed all over the place to avoid tracers, to the gang inside, warning them about all the activity and attaching the photo.

There's definitely something off about those three, but its like perhaps there was a spell that was just dropped or something. You'd have to scrutinize for more information
Something was definitely out of place here. Taking a few unhurried paces Halo casually bent down to 'tie his shoelaces' behind a parked car. Once out of sight he quickly made himself less noticeable.
Rising again he looked back over at the scene and scrutinised the area for any sign of active magic. This could take a while but it felt like something was definitely up. Halo started to scrutinise the other bystanders and then the area assuming they weren't obviously awakened.

With the subtle focusing on the three as they left one of the auras that spread around the three was instantly familiar. The man was obviously awakened, as was the woman -- she also carried the taint of the one who had finished off Rosh. but the child was a simple child, not awakened and not a sleeper but something of both. And the tiger stuffed animal seemed to pulse with something else.
No. Fucking. Way.
Very casually Halo started walking after them, putting his shadowing skills to good use. He started tapping out a couple of messages on his smart phone. The boss would want to know about this, and frankly he could do with backup asafp.
Hurry up in there guys, I can't handle this lot on my own.
