As Elaine departs, Daniel growls:
<<"Stay safe and move quietly. Lone wolf is a target. Hostile territory here.">> - he has other comments about the stupidity of what she's doing, but it's not his place to say that.
He then starts going towards the nest together with Firebringer, Steel, Tony and Jim.

Steel bit his lip. He didn't like it but...
No, he needed to trust his packmates a little. Jeremiah and Kevin could handle themselves. Hopefully Elaine would find and update them. He falls into step behind Firebringer and the others, bringing up the rear of the team and keeping an eye on their flank.

For a moment, Firebringer considers just letting Elaine wander off. She knew the risks, and if she got into trouble it would be her own doing.
But it wasn't the way a pack operated. And as long as he'd claimed leadership, he did have a responsibility to look after them. The Cahalith shoots a backwards glare, almost immediately coming to a decision. <<Steel, stay with Elaine and guard her back. No one goes anywhere alone. Everyone else, with me.>>
Without another word he continues his run, fuming. It seemed at every turn, events were conspiring to remind him of what he'd lost.

Steel pauses, but snaps a quick nod to Firebringer. He turns around and starts after Elaine to help her.
Do Steel and Elaine say in this thread or move elsewhere?

Tony watched the Azlu dissipate with some amusement. When Firebringer issued his order Tony ran after him. He was still worried about Aeneas's condition. The fact the Firebringer had mentioned a second pup only added more urgency to Tony's steps.

Steel and Elaine go into the other thread, but wait until my next post there before joining.
Everyone else, how quickly are you moving towards the webs? and how cautious are you making your approach?

Firebringer will run at full speed unless others start to fall behind. He's keeping an eye on the surroundings, but not making much effort toward stealth.
|
|
|

Tony will run full speed after his elder and watch his surroundings. He won't try stealth or anything fancy unless Firebringer orders him to.

|
|
|
Daniel will run at full speed, trying to keep an eye on his surroundings unless ordered otherwise
