Now that Miach was left alone with the sleeping Tran, there were quite a few things to be done. But first of all, the Acanthus needed to be sure that Tran was as unconscious as he seemed. He had been careless at times, but he couldn't afford to slip now.

Miach didn't have hours to spare, and decided to cheat. Leaning close to Tran, he touched him with one hand while calling on the Truths from another Realm, that his state would be readily apparent to the Acanthus.

“You know, you really shouldn’t do that all the time.” a familiar voice said from beyond Miach’s visual range as he felt a pinch in his neck. “It reveals you for what you really are. You should have just stayed asleep, it would have been much easier.”
The effects of paralysis run through Miach’s system again, but in the few moments that the spell is active he knows that Tran is battling some form of Botulism.

Botulism... Ah, crap... Miach thought while his body felt limp. "But how could she be here ? In MY hospital ?" his anger flared, immediatly follwoed by dread. What did she want of him now ? Could he Willwork his way back to health ? Would she leave him time to ? He could barely think things through as so many questions raced through his mind.
