The vehicle is between them and you. If you want to chase it you can go double your Speed toward the vehicle that is 60 yards away from you.
Mason rushes forward in pursuit of the vehicle that is still a ways out of reach.
Despite the rising urge to chase down these interlopers, Gareth found himself hesitating. This looked very much like a trap, indeed the Havocs had used similar tactics to catch their own marks before. Maybe their were more of these bastard and they were going to show up behind them, boxing them into the alley. Clearly they didn't fear Vampires as much as they should and that gave Gareth pause.
"Everyone get out of the alley," Gareth barks. He moves back towards the mouth of the alley away from the van, kinfe still in hand, glancing behind him occasionally to make sure he's got a clean route of escape if things go pear shaped.

The tail lights of the van illuminate little parts of the alley in red washes of light as Gareth makes his move.

Isaac staggered to his feet, head ringing. "That was so stupid," he gasped, clutching at his ribs. He lurched his way out of the alley, away from the car. He didn't want anything more to do with that thing, especially if it was making another pass.
At Gareth's barked command, Charlotte withdrew from the mouth of the alleyway, moving slowly and carefully to avoid disrupting her invisibility.
Setting a trap? Fleeing? Attempting a capture? Summoning help?
This was not her place. There was little chance for contemplation, no opportunities for careful planning and subtle execution here. There were too many possibilities, too many variables, to calculate what could happen in any passing moment. Only instinct, action and reaction, and the consequences of such. She pressed her back against Trax's wall, near the bar's door, in the hopes of listening to anything going on inside.
It made her feel useful, and less afraid.

Those in the alleyway and Charlotte can hear the sound of two doors opening and a couple of quick footsteps as both men jump into the minivan --

Hearing Gareth shout, Mason paranoid tendencies quicked in. He tried to climb one the building quickly to get a better view of the situation or in case someone is on the roof to ambush them. Hopefully, all those many hours of physical training would pay dividend.
Either those morons were leaving, which seemed a bit suspicious, or they were trying to pull a fast one. Besides, if the guys in the van decided to come back for another pass, he wouldn't get crushed by it on the roof.
