On the far side of the van, it is difficult to see what exactly is happening, but footsteps can be heard as the older guy and the guy who tried to stake Anabella sprint out the other end of the alleyway.

Mason continues to advance until he reaches Anabella. If he can take cover on the side of the alleyway to surprise his opponents, he does so. In any case, he prepares himself to use his nightmare discpline on the first opponent that get in range of the power.

Mason tries to get line of sight on someone, anyone, to terrify with his powers of fear. But nobody is looking at him to be terrified by the horrible visage of his inner Beast - indeed, he cannot currently see the driver, nor either of the two Hunters who are fleeing.
The driver continues to expertly navigate the alley, continuing to accelerate away from the vampires. It leaves even the fallen Isaac in the dust, and does a brake stand at the far end of the alley, dropping in speed so that it can position itself appropriately for what it has next in mind...
The vehicle is now 60 yards from the alley entrance and 45 yards from the fallen Isaac. It continues to block the alleyway. Phoenix, I have you delayed because your power can't really hit any targets in the way you want to - you don't have any line of sight, really, and none of them have line of sight of you. You can pick another action if you wish.

Anabella moves over to Isaac, not intent to chase the attackers down in her current state, but refusing to allow them the opportunity of a capture, regardless of who it was. Knives still in each hand, she is poised to slash at any threats.

Brandon looked at the van that was slowing down. 'I don't know what the driver is thinking. But I don't like this one bit, its a van who knows what they got in the back of it.'' he tought to himself as he looked down the alley at the van. Not speaking up as to keep his obfuscate still up. Keeping an eye out and waiting for something to happen.
