The red head sits at a table near a corner. Some places just don't have tables in corners, its a shame. A jeaned leg sits crossed over the other. Ariadne holds a local microbrew enjoying it more than she had thought she would. Cloaked willworking hangs around her. First meetings and all.

Anarchy walks into the bar and takes a quick look around. The place was mostly empty this early in the day, so the redhead waiting for her wasn't hard to pick out. Anarchy approaches wearing a jeans and a black pea coat who's buttons have been replaced with ones made from bone, hand carved into the leering faces of bearded men.
"You must be Ariadne?" It's a statement, but with a bit of a lilt at the end that turns it into a question.

"Yep. You are Ann?" Ariadne replies with a statement question of her own. Shadow Name shortened cause this is public and no one calls each other Anarchy in public. Though this one might... Opps?
A foot pushes a chair away from the table.
Anarchy takes the chair and makes herself comfortable. "Anarchy, yes." Obviously she preferred the full Name. "Thanks for agreeing to meet with me. When I spoke with Kite, he didn't have a whole lot to say about the Circles that have been put together already, I was hoping you'd be willing to talk about yours a bit." She folds her hands on he table in front of her, her face polite but curious.

Blue eyes look around the room as Ariadne works out how to say this safely.
"We are interested in having our ears to the floor. Knowing about things before they happen. Be able to anticipate when things will go wrong and make sure that the right people know. No city is safe and ours is no different." Ariadne watches Anarchy as she speaks.

"Who are the right people?" She asks calmly. You might expect a Libertine talking to a Guardian about who the 'right people' were to be accusatory or at least use air quotes, but there isn't anything except curiosity in the question. "I understood that other than the Circles, there wasn't much in the way of management here." It was a cumbersome way of saying there wasn't anyone except the Hierarch to report to, unless the cabal had someone else in mind.

"Who ever is best suited to it." Ariadne leans her elbows on the table, hands around her drink. "We have Medical staff, Angels, Archivists, and Dreamers."
"Once we have our niches, informing the right groups about the right things will make everything smoother." Anarchy reminds Ariadne of Rosh, a Libertine who could speak clearly and thoughtfully. Hopefully Anarchy doesn't challenge the Heirarch to a Duel as well.
"Not at the moment. Once the groups are solidified I imagine it will be an ad hoc council of sorts. Rotating attendies from each group."
"So you listen, you want to act as the eyes and ears for the city. So what happens if, for whatever reason, you don't think there's a right group to take care of a problem? Or what about when other Circles clam territories? Are your people going to keep looking in their backyards? It was a very important question, Anarchy thought. The kind of answers she got would reveal a lot about how the Cabal as a whole thought about their relationship to the magi of the city to Anarchy.

"We would have to take care of it ourselves then. Or get the right group of people together for it." Ariadne is quiet for a moment as she thinks over Anarchy's following question. It's a good one. Lots of possibilities and ways to dig holes.
"It would be imprudent to do such a thing. Ideally all Circles would be knowledgeable enough to keep track of their own backyards."
