The two Wings of the Dragon, namely Miach and Toren, escort the recently arrived Apostate, Hachiman, to The Rage venue. They each arrive in their own vehicle, coming off the highway and rolling into the mostly empty parking lot of the nightclub. Since it was still daytime, however, there wasn't any party-goers, though if the meeting took too long that might change, and quickly.

Toren exits his Jeep, still smiling and rubbing his hands excitedly as he approaches the other two Awakened. "Right then, shall we go knock?"

New scene, new spells darlking.

The rage rose out of the concrete from the outside you wouldn't get the impression that within was a basket of sound and light every thursday through sunday night from 8pm to 2am (5.30am on friday and saturday). Or that the drinks were half off if you could do a specific card trick to a certain bartender

No the outside was just plain, save for the glorious amount of graffiti that spread across the facade like a well orchestrated gallery of street art. And over the door, in similar graffiti-style wording was THE RAGE in all it's glory.

Although considering the time of day, the sign wasn't lit and the few cars that were in the parking lot might belong to people in the building next door.

Parking his SUV pickup in the parking lot just beside Toren, Miach delayed just a little bit before joining his fellow mystagogue. First, he cast a spell he had learned only recently, but was finding already very useful. Only then did he leave, his eyes surveying the place like they might get shot in broad daylight. He much prefered the place by night, it suited him more. Would Jammer be awake, and would he accept to meet them ? Only one way to know. Though with their ward missing...

"Have you seen Hachiman ? I admit I lost track of his car in the traffic..."

The Acanthus checked his phone, just in case, but he had had no call. He shrugged, and waited, turning around to get a good look at the place.

[Toren]

"Car? I thought he said he drove a motorcycle," answered Toren to Miach. Of course something that small would be hard to keep an eye on, except that he could hear its sharp engine piercing through his Jeep's windows. No matter, it gave him a moment to start formulating the Imagos for his own willworkings. He was sure Jammer would understand if they kept their Sight up, though anything else might be considered hostile. You never knew with these Apostates.

Since he didn't know who was watching he wouldn't bother with Mudras, empowering the spell with his will alone, but since no one was around he didn't see the harm in using High Speech.

"Ha yes, now that you mention it, you're right..." Miach replied to Toren with a smile. The graveyard had distracted him more than he had realized first. He should be more careful.

When Hachiman arrived, the Acanthus simply nodded to him. What could he say ? He was still going out to places like that on a semi-regular basis, so there was no point for nostalgia for him.

"Well, the entrance is that way, if memory serves. Shall we go and see if we can enter it even though it's daytime, and we got no appointment ?" and he smiled the confident smile of one who knew those pesky roadblocks were meaningless.

Kite checked his phone once again, keeping track of both the time and any messages that were being sent his way. He looked somewhat haggard and overworked, almost like a tired businessman returning home, muttering quietly to himself about his daily travails and stress.

“I swear, there aren’t enough hours in the day.” The slim willworker let out an exhausted sigh. “The truth is, I should have finished this task months ago though…”

One turn of the corner, and the Rage was in sight. For a long moment, Kite just stood there looking at the building, as though trying to recall his last visit… or perhaps trying to forget. Then, after replacing his phone back in his inside coat pocket, the gaunt willworker started to walk towards the club, and made his way to the entrance…

"Ah, Hachiman, yes, it is rather colorful, this place, isn't it."

Though Toren did notice the additional person arriving at the Rage, for whatever reason he could not remember the face and automatically dismissed his presence as that of a Sleeper passerby. Even so, Toren made a note to limit his Awakened vocabulary.

"I trust knocking on the front door will suffice," he says in answer to Miach. Toren would stride over to the door he had entered when they had come before to this venue for the Consilium. He knocks and after a couple minutes if there is no answer he attempts to open the door.

Kite noticed and nodded to Miach and the other individuals, one which he recognized from the Arrow Field Day activities, as they approached the entrance Rage entrance. However, as he himself approached the entrance, the lack of any response prompted a curious look towards the other willworkers who seemed to be ignoring him.


A moment of recognition flashed across his face, and he held the bridge of his nose for a moment as he recognized the problem. Then, with a quick motion of his hand, he released the impeding effect he had woven around himself, and addressed the approaching group.


“Hey!” Kite smiled as he waved. “What brings all of you here so early?”

Kite removes the ‘Incognito Presence’ effect/defense from himself.

“It’ll Be Open In A Second!” Called a loud voice from inside the Rage. It traveled far enough that the closest ones to the door could hear it just faintly.
